The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience reconciling holdings and transactions across systems and custodian banks. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate portfolio accounting, reconciling securities and transactions, resolving discrepancies with custodians and vendors, and coordinating with internal teams. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position offering a $65K-$70K base salary plus bonus . Responsibilities: Enter and validate cash transactions within the portfolio accounting system. Manage securities data and pricing to ensure accurate characteristics and performance appraisals. Prepare routine and customized reports to meet internal and external requests. Support trade workflow monitoring by coordinating with trading desks and counter-parties on settlement details. Ensure proper integration of trade data into the accounting system and timely sharing with custodians. Perform reconciliations with custodian banks, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of holdings and transactions. Document and track discrepancies, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. Generate reconciliation reports across multiple systems for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 1-2+ years of experience in investment management, fund accounting, or portfolio accounting. Must have at least 1 year of reconciliation experience . Familiarity with fixed income and equity securities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. - Develop and maintain required Detailed Planning artifacts and manage plan execution
- Determine project scope and manage scope execution across multiple large projects or medium to large programs where scope is subject to change, contains high complexity and high degree of risk, large number of resources, and complex organizational change issues that support complex enterprise or strategic corporate goals
- Develop financial forecasts, record cost variance, anticipate and address delivery challenges, and request budget changes if needed following associated Change Request Process
- Develop high-level milestones during Discovery and develop detailed project schedules during Detailed Planning
- Works with a high degree of autonomy to apply industry leading project and program management knowledge to refine the resource plan, develop a RACI Matrix, conduct a Key-Person Risk Assessment, and Third-Party Support Needs Assessment
- Ensure early identification, resolution, and escalation of project risks through maintenance of Risk and Issue Log and project Pre-Mortem activity
- Drives continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
- Accountable for meeting all business requirements from development through implementation
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and expertise
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years of experience in project management software including but not limited to MS Project and Jira
The Ideal Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ within a PMO
- 8+ years of experience leading projects impacting core Investment Management and Capital Market systems and business process.
- Proven success in delivering complex long-term projects on time, within budget, and to scope

- Build and develop a team that can execute on the roadmap
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Risk Analysis solutions and systems.
- Partner with Investment teams, Quantitative Research teams, and Portfolio Management leadership to ensure cohesive data architecture and reporting ecosystems.
- Oversee system integrations between qualitative models, Risk Systems, portfolio management systems, and data warehouses.
- Lead upgrades and enhancements to ensure continuous improvement in system performance and user experience.
- Ensure investment data flows are secure, accurate, and efficient.
- Enable advanced analytics and dashboards using BI tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to uphold data quality, lineage, and compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between Portfolio mgmt, Risk & Quantitative research, and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Train and support teams in adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Provide senior leadership with strategic insights into technology capabilities and ROI.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal controls for Risk systems.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to Risk & Analytics system performance and data accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience with deep understanding of risk analytics and quantitative research tools, and data needs.
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale system implementations or transformations.
- 3+ years of experience building and developing new teams
- 3+ years of understanding of data architecture, APIs, ETL, and quantitative modeling.
- Masters degree
- Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud platforms e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP and their application in investment mgmt, including cloud-based investment systems and data storage.
- Integration & APIs: Understanding of integration technologies and APIs to connect different investment systems and data sources is necessary for creating a seamless Risk technology ecosystem.
- Cybersecurity & Data Security: Awareness of cybersecurity threats and best practices for protecting investment data.
- Emerging Technologies in Investment: Familiarity with emerging technologies in investment e.g., AI/ML, blockchain, RPA and their potential applications is crucial for driving innovation.
- Skills in evaluating and managing technology vendors and partnerships are important for procuring and implementing investment technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
Candidate Coordination
- Manage candidate outreach and correspondence.
