What you will do

* Support the development of investor communications including press releases, executive messaging, earnings scripts and quarterly earnings presentations.
* Manage Investor Relations calendar, including quarterly earnings cycle, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and presentations

What We Expect

* Minimum 7-12 years of work experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research and/or or Capital Markets
* Ideal candidates will bring investor relations knowledge with direct equity research experience, though strong backgrounds including investment banking with relevant sector expertise and analytical rigor also are valued
* Strong background in Banking, Business Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), and B2B industries are all pluses
* Ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships internally and externally with executives, analysts, and investors
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent required - advanced degree or MBA preferred

This role will serve as a trusted thought partner to the CFO and CEO and serve as a member of the finance leadership team. The anticipated pay range for this position is $148,300 - $250,300 annually.
