- Office visit - providing the physician support and resources to meet the needs of the patient during an office visit.
- In-between visit - team approach to manage in basket and patient needs.
- Managing populations and aligning lives by providing resources, to assist with complex patients such as clinical pharmacist, diabetic educator, case manager, and behavior health.
Shift Hours:
Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), 8:00am-5:00pm
Practice Details:
- Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week (part-time employment opportunities available)
- Pediatric sub-specialties to support your most complex patients
- 18-22 patients per day
- EPIC access - remote access from home

Qualifications and Requirements:

Our Systems Control location in Iron Mountain, MI is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team! As a Project Manager I, you collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project. You will also ensure that the project is completed within the set budget and is within the scope.
A Day In The Life
- Technical ability to interpret customer specifications and provide a design which meets all requirements, especially quality and schedule
- Responsible for ensuring a quality drawing package is released to manufacturing
- Review BOM's, maintain schedules, and review QC forms
- Facilitate and lead detailed project meetings and internal discussions
- Recognize a need for and champion areas for product and process improvements
- Effectively problem solve project issues, make sound decisions, and provide timely customer solutions
- Responsible for managing larger volumes of standard projects or a variety of complex, non-standard projects
- Assist as appropriate in the development of project estimates and ensures the implementation of strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed business requirements and customer expectations
- Mentor others in project management processes, tools, and interpersonal skills to ensure successful project completion
- Work safely in and around energized electrical enclosures
- Customer visits (travel approximately 10% of the time)

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education/job experience may be considered
- Strong Project Management experience in either Industrial or Manufacturing fields
- Understanding of Bill of Materials
- Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams preferred

The primary responsibility of this temporary position is to provide Supplemental Instruction for BIOL 110, Evolution & Diversity students at the Bay College Iron Mountain campus. Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an internationally recognized academic support program that targets traditionally difficult courses. Students come together in regularly scheduled study sessions to compare notes, discuss course materials, develop creative study tools, practice problem solving and prepare for exams. These sessions are facilitated by trained SI Leaders that attend the course with students and prepare study materials for use during SI sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated competence (at least an A-) in BIOL 110, Evolution & Diversity or a comparable course.
- Completed the equivalent of two years of college course work.
- Strong foundation in biology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tutoring experience.
- BS/BA in biology or related field.
- Experience in Supplemental Instruction.
- Teaching experience.
- Lecture: TR 1:00-2:20 pm
- SI: M 1:00-2:20pm
