Due to growth and development of our Children's Health Care Services, we are recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Physician to join a collegial, well-established and passionate group of providers for our outpatient clinic in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

  • Office visit - providing the physician support and resources to meet the needs of the patient during an office visit.
  • In-between visit - team approach to manage in basket and patient needs.
  • Managing populations and aligning lives by providing resources, to assist with complex patients such as clinical pharmacist, diabetic educator, case manager, and behavior health.

Shift Hours:

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), 8:00am-5:00pm

Practice Details:
  • Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week (part-time employment opportunities available)
  • Pediatric sub-specialties to support your most complex patients
  • 18-22 patients per day
  • EPIC access - remote access from home

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Board Certified in appropriate specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists with a current, unrestricted license to practice;

Job Overview

The Painter prepares surfaces, paints, sands, acid wash, and touches up all products. A day in the life includes applying masking tape and or caps to protect parts and components that are not to be coated. Applying wet coat surfaces of manufactured products with epoxy and urethane coatings. Adjusting valves on spray gun to regulate width and pressure of spray. Pulling trigger and directing spray onto work surface to apply prime or finish coat. Properly cleaning and maintaining all spray equipment including booth maintenance. Making suggestions to supervisors for improvements associated with assigned work. Following instructions, both written and verbal, from the lead person and production supervisors. Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Inspecting own work for conformity to standards.

As a Project Manager I, you collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project. You will also ensure that the project is completed within the set budget and is within the scope.

A Day In The Life

  • Technical ability to interpret customer specifications and provide a design which meets all requirements, especially quality and schedule
  • Responsible for ensuring a quality drawing package is released to manufacturing
  • Review BOM's, maintain schedules, and review QC forms
  • Facilitate and lead detailed project meetings and internal discussions
  • Recognize a need for and champion areas for product and process improvements
  • Effectively problem solve project issues, make sound decisions, and provide timely customer solutions
  • Responsible for managing larger volumes of standard projects or a variety of complex, non-standard projects
  • Assist as appropriate in the development of project estimates and ensures the implementation of strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed business requirements and customer expectations
  • Mentor others in project management processes, tools, and interpersonal skills to ensure successful project completion
  • Work safely in and around energized electrical enclosures
  • Customer visits (travel approximately 10% of the time)

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education/job experience may be considered

Summary

Full-time/Part-time Part-Time Position Type Staff Job Summary/Basic Function

The primary responsibility of this temporary position is to provide Supplemental Instruction for BIOL 110, Evolution & Diversity students at the Bay College Iron Mountain campus. Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an internationally recognized academic support program that targets traditionally difficult courses. Students come together in regularly scheduled study sessions to compare notes, discuss course materials, develop creative study tools, practice problem solving and prepare for exams. These sessions are facilitated by trained SI Leaders that attend the course with students and prepare study materials for use during SI sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated competence (at least an A-) in BIOL 110, Evolution & Diversity or a comparable course.
  • Completed the equivalent of two years of college course work.
  • Strong foundation in biology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tutoring experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA in biology or related field.
  • Experience in Supplemental Instruction.
  • Teaching experience.

Months Per Year 8 Hours Worked Per Week 8 Work Schedule The SI leader must be available to attend lecture and hold SI sessions at the following times

  • Lecture: TR 1:00-2:20 pm
  • SI: M 1:00-2:20pm
