**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
. Be the single technical leader regarding agency-related tasks.
. Provide leadership and vision in driving the direction and strategy of our technical work (Cloud Applications, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Financial Reporting)
. Manage the overall success of a cloud platform focused team and associated customer relationships including task management, collaboration with other leads on the project, and coordination across government areas
. Lead a team of professionals towards achieving customer, business, and member development goals.
. Manage program and project-level scope, issues and risks and quality management.
. Manage client relationships and customer satisfaction.
. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, based on collaboration, trust and partnership, including in-person meetings with clients at their government sites in Washington D.C and Northern Virginia.
. Build strong consulting skills and relevant domain knowledge within your team to provide strong client connection and impact
. Provide status regarding program health to clients and key stakeholders, with both the customer and internal to CGI.
. Ensure contractual requirements are being met.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
. Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of professional experience consulting to the federal government in IT with a proven track record in successful technical project delivery
. Strong people management, experienced in leading, empowering, and developing high performing teams.
. Project management experience with a successful delivery track record
. Strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills.
. Experience with client engagement management and relationship building.
. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence; ability to juggle numerous client stakeholders, delivery, and business development activities.
. Able to obtain secret clearance

. Experiencing supporting U.S. Department of State
. Technical leadership in Cloud Applications
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $271,800.00.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be based in the Southeast region of the US with a preference of NC or SC
- At least 10 years of experience in management consulting, focused on technology.
- 6+ years of experience developing, bidding, and winning public sector management consulting services with progressively increasing leadership responsibility.
- 6+ years of experience providing a combination of the following State Government services: planning, procurement, project management, quality assurance (QA) or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), implementation or System Integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a minimum Fiscal Year's book value of $1-2M.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage a team of people.
- Strong leadership interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and have political savvy to accomplish objectives while maintaining a likable presence.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
Preferred:
- PMP certification
This position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. To be successful at PCG, you must:
+ be available during your set working hours
+ have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and
+ be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties
Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc.
**Compensation:**
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave
As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $35,000- 165,000
