You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

- Two or more years of experience with full recruitment process.
- Experience sourcing top talent for a variety of roles in a competitive market.
