Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage firewalls, switches and access points with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
- Scan Wifi spectrum, map out locations and tune access points as needed based on heat maps, radio interference, etc.
- Conduct detailed network analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network operation.

The incumbent will provide third level technical support to network support team to resolve network issues. As our Sr. Network Engineer, youll play a critical role in designing, deploying, and optimizing our global office network infrastructure. You'll ensure our enterprise networks are secure, scalable, and high-performing across Harveys offices and corporate cloud environments. Working cross-functionally with Security, IT, and Engineering teams, youll drive initiatives to enhance network reliability, enforce security best practices, and create an amazing network experience for our employees as the company grows. What Youll DoDesign, deploy, and manage our global office network infrastructure.
Optimize Wi-Fi, VPN, VLANs, and SD-WAN configurations to ensure high availability and performance.
Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve reliability, security, and scalability.
Implement network segmentation, firewall rules, and Zero Trust security to protect sensitive data.
Work with Security and IT teams to enforce network security best practices.
Provide network guidance for new office expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and incident response.
5+ years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a cloud-first, SaaS, or startup environment.
Expertise in Cisco Meraki, including MX (firewalls), MS (switching), MR (Wi-Fi), or equivalent network stack.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi performance, RF optimization, and network security policies.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid networking architectures.
Experience with firewall policies, VPNs, and remote access solutions.
Automation skills (Python, Meraki APIs, Terraform) to streamline network operations.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication.
Experience with network automation tools such as Python, Meraki APIs, Terraform, or Ansible.
Familiarity with SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and cloud-based networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong background in network security, including Zero Trust architectures, NAC, and intrusion prevention.
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, or equivalent networking credentials.
