• Partner and collaborate with Business and IT groups to ensure IAM controls are implemented and compliant.

• Drive Customer Experience excellence in IAM Operations and Service delivery.

• Participates in IAM automation and Data analytic initiatives using AI/ML and process improvements to enhance our controls.

• Through collaboration with internal, and external stakeholders, leverage IAM operational and governance risk reporting ( eg. SLA/KPI’s) to derive insights to meet IAM controls and protect Capital Group’s data.

• Communicate on a regular basis to IAM management relating to IAM r isk i ssues, Operational performance and Business/IT initiatives.

Qualifications :

• 2 + years’ experience in a n analyst role within I AM / Risk Security related function

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with IAM Leadership and Business groups

• Ability to provide appropriate solutions usingtechnical depth in risk and data to be able to analyze large and complex data sets.

• Experience implementing or utilizing Identity and Access Management frameworks ( e.g. NIST*)

• Technology ( AWS Cloud , CISSP, PowerBI , CoPilot , GenAI , Snowflake etc. ) a plus.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $81,249-$29,998

Orange County Base Salary Range: 98,869- 158,190

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

Job Summary

This position will execute the Information and Cybersecurity Risk Management programs, concentrating on internal and third-party risk assessments and audits. Assessment and compliance activities include validating controls in the IT department, managing risk findings, and verifying their remediation. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of IT risks, cloud security, application systems security, and third-party security. Must be results-oriented with the ability to collaborate with multiple process owners and stakeholders simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and conduct periodic cyber and information security risk assessments and audits of third parties enterprise-wide.

• Identify, assess, and document cybersecurity risks for Molina and its suppliers.

• Partner with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance audits and mitigate findings.

• Manage documentation (e.g., requesting, reviewing, preparing) for regulatory and compliance audits & assessments.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NYS DFS) and industry standards (e.g., NIST).

• Develop and maintain security policies, plans, charters, standards, and procedures.

• Promote security awareness through communication, training, and documentation.

• Develop and maintain dashboards to manage and communicate risk to relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and monitor metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

• Monitor the inventory for vendors and suppliers.

• Identify risks and recommend process improvements in the third-party risk management and supply chain program.

• Build strong partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Lead and execute third-party risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.

• Monitor and manage third-party risks using GRC and security tools.

• Stay current on developments in the industry and within the company.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in cybersecurity with a focus on governance, risk and compliance.

• Professional certification(s) such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems

• Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) required.

• Adaptable to fast-changing environments and comfortable with ambiguity.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

• Big 4 or consulting experience.

• Strong proficiency in regulations and industry frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST)

• Experience with GRC and security performance monitoring tools (e.g., Lockpath, ServiceNow, Prevalent, BitSight).

Leidos is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO. This position provides Tier II Cyber Security Analysis to C5ISR Center Defensive Cyber Solutions Branch (DCSB) Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO). Beyond advising and guiding technical matters, this position is tasked with driving implementation and adoption of new tools, research, capabilities, frameworks, and methodologies while ensuring those already in use are implemented, utilized properly, and improved.

Schedule: Day/Night panama schedule- primarily hiring for night shift with the possibility to rotate to days

Primary Responsibilities :

• Identify and offer solutions to gaps in capabilities and visibility

• Promote and drive research and implementation of automation and process efficiencies

• Intermediate command line experience that includes chaining Linux utilities such as tcpdump, sed, awk, and grep together

• Intermediate IDS (Snort, Bro/Zeek, etc.) creation and tuning, to include performing impact analysis on customer environments and review and correction of Tier I rules

• Analysis of alerts plus surrounding network traffic to provide remediation context

• Ability to consume open and closed source and search indicators in customer data, then generate new IDS configurations for future detection

• Basic hunt experience that includes sifting non-alert-based traffic and deriving meaningful results in the absence of corresponding OSINT

• Vulnerability awareness and able to determine applicability to customer environments, using data to establish attack attempts and success/failure

• Maintaining current threat awareness

• Ability to analyze complex (multipacket, multi-vector, multi-exploit, large volume) traffic and derive meaningful conclusions

• Self-directed research, development, customization, or other contributions to process improvement

• Continual enrichment of IDS and moderate ability to tune on the fly.

• Ability to self-educate with non-comprehensive or incomplete documentation on new concepts, protocols, and data formats

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI and be approved customer SAP read-ons.

• Bachelor of Science degree and 4+ years of prior IT experience.

• 2+ years' experience working in a SOC environment.

• Active DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification (i.e. Security+)

• Ability to obtain a CSSP-Analyst certification prior to starting.

• Fluent in computer network Packet Capture (PCAP) analysis

• Hands-on cybersecurity network defense experience (Detect and Respond) within a Computer Incident Response organization. Hands-on experience with a Security Information and Event Management tool (ArcSight, Security Onion, etc.)

• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of industry accepted standards.

• Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic finding.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

? Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep technical understanding of core current cybersecurity technologies as well as emerging capabilities.

• Demonstrated understanding of the life cycle of cybersecurity threats, attacks, attack vectors and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intrusion set tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).

• Familiarity or experience in Intelligence Driven Defense, Cyber Kill Chain methodology, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
