We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Production Assistant to be the backbone of our Creative Team's studio operations. This role is essential for ensuring that our video and photo shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining our sets, managing inventory, coordinating with talent, pre-production of shoots, script writing, and providing hands-on support during productions, on- and off-site. The ideal candidate is a master of multitasking who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to learn and grow their production skills.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain and prepare studio sets, ensuring they are clean, organized, and set up in advance of photo and video shoots.
- Manage and control studio inventory, including props, equipment, and wardrobe.
- Act as the main point of contact for models on shoot days, ensuring they have what they need, coordinating logistics, and managing wardrobe.
- Keep photo and video shoots on track by following production schedules and communicating effectively with the creative team.
- Assist in creating and preparing shot lists and other pre-production documents.
- Contributing to pre-production by helping draft scripts and create detailed storyboards for key scenes.
- Serve as a junior photographer or videographer as needed, assisting with camera operation and other technical tasks under the guidance of senior creative staff.
- Maintain organization of photo and video library.
- Perform general tasks as needed to support the Creative Team and ensure successful productions.
- Regularly reach, lift, and move items, including production equipment and furniture, and the assembly thereof.

We are looking to add a dedicated and talented Quality Control Inspector to our team. In this position, you will work closely on an integrated team of Cesium managers, engineers, and other cross-functional personnel in the production of state-of-the-art satellite communication systems.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executing Quality Control processes associated with purchased product, manufacturing operations, and customer quality requirements.
- Inspection of printed circuit boards / assemblies (PCB / PCBAs), verification of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) components, and cable assemblies.
- Inspection using calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and VMMs (Vision Measuring Machine).
- Documentation of inspection activities using electronic information systems, written logs, and labels.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvements of inspection methods, inspection plans, and internal quality procedures and processes.
- Assist with the resolution to internal/external nonconformance using root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting of department metrics as required.
- Assist with the continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the resolution of audit findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Assist with the control and disposition of non-conforming material (MRB).
- Drive scheduling of day-to-day processes; ensure timely and accurate turnaround.
- Other QC duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred. H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB/PCBA inspection required.
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with microscopic visual inspection.
- IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certification.
- Experience with ERP and PLM software systems.
- Proficiency with reading engineering documents, CAD drawings, and detailed work instructions.
- Strong digital, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Experience in the aerospace or electronics industry.
