**Job Description**
The Food Prep Worker prepares, and portions food items and performs various duties in accordance with production requirements and Aramark sanitation standards. Uses daily worksheets and standardized recipes to cook meals.

+ Prepares all food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes.
+ Follows proper food handling procedures.
+ Maintains accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness.
+ Manages leftover foods correctly; cover, label, date, and accurately store according to Aramark standards.
+ Maintains clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas.
+ Ensures stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift (including cleaning of kitchen equipment).

+ Completes all required training.

Job Title: Field Service Manager
Job Description
As a Field Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of on-site work activities. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing work areas in coordination with the Project Manager, planning and supervising installation and commissioning activities, and performing hands-on work when necessary. You will also be responsible for ensuring site safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance, all while adhering to GMP standards. Effective communication with both the company and customer project managers is essential, as well as overseeing the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of equipment and materials. Your expertise will also be instrumental in providing on-site client training and contributing to the development of the service team.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare on-site work areas in coordination with the Project Manager.
+ Plan and supervise installation, assembly, commissioning, and qualification activities.
+ Perform hands-on work, especially on smaller projects, when needed.
+ Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, schedule, and budget, in line with GMP standards.
+ Troubleshoot technical, scheduling, and resource issues.
+ Manage communication with project managers and leadership.
+ Oversee receipt, inspection, and proper storage of equipment and materials.
+ Provide on-site client training and instruction to team members.

Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in technical field work (mechanical, electrical, automation) in GMP environments.
+ 3+ years of experience as a foreman, site supervisor, or manager in mechanical or process system installation in a regulated industry.
+ Ability to organize work effectively and lead a team under pressure.
+ Understanding of specifications and contractual requirements.
+ Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%) across North America and 2-3 trips to Europe annually.

The successful candidate will be working with a global team to provide support that includes technical troubleshooting, data analysis & problem resolution for the applications & infrastructure on the plant floor and lead various efforts to ensure all responsible manufacturing applications meet Ford's productivity goals. You will also interface daily with all business departments in the plant, from assembly and industrial controls to quality and finance.

+ Support a multi-shift operation in a manufacturing plant.
+ Must be able to work flexible hours in support of a multi-shift operation. Requires rotating schedule to support business processes. (Days, nights and or weekends).
+ Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users on the plant floor.
+ This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as providing training and support to help users effectively utilize technology.
+ Interface with corporate IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.
+ In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be required to perform physical activities such and moving assets and equipment on the plant floor. This may involve lifting and carrying medium to heavy objects.
+ To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of IT systems and be comfortable working with a variety of hardware and software applications.
+ You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with end-users, managers, and other IT professionals to identify and resolve technical issues.
+ Provide technical support (I.T. Applications, Infrastructure, operating systems, end-user-productivity tools) to plant business customers throughout the manufacturing plant.
+ Support Plant Floor Systems / PDO teams in resolving incidents; Provide triage and business continuity plans, support escalations, provide hands and feet to support teams and other global teams (e. g. DBA, Server Operations, Ops Control, Network Operations) as necessary.
+ Focus on the integration / long term maintenance of applications and hardware.
+ Assist site IT Manager with managing assignments and workload.
+ Develop, maintain, and share, accurate support documentation.
+ Support of local network equipment in a Cisco based environment.
+ Support of local servers across both physical and virtual environments in a Windows and Linux based ecosystem.
+ Support of Factory of Tomorrow deployments and expansion efforts utilizing IIOT, iOS, software-defined network, mobile, and Android based equipment.

**The successful candidate will have or be willing to quickly learn the following items:**
+ Experience with Server administration; Windows (2016+) or Linux
+ Familiar with Cisco routers and switches to include basic staging, troubleshooting and cable installation.
+ Willing to learn Cisco software-defined architecture (SDA) troubleshooting and implementation.
+ Knowledge of Windows server and Windows Active Directory/ADFS
+ Experience with VM servers (Vsphere).
+ Experience with Android and/or iOS, iPhones, iPads.
+ Experience with Office365.
+ Experience with SharePoint.
+ Experience with Office automation, Windows, PC's & Printers
+ Any plant floor automation experience is highly desired (Control systems, PLC's, etc.), but not required.
