Position Description:

CGI Federal is looking for experienced Support Associates to support the Buffalo Passport Agency. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, have experience in working with customers in a front facing capacity, and have the ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment for high-speed scanning, mail out, and metering of mail.

• Prepare and mail envelopes with correct passport and corresponding supporting documents.

• Box and archive files for storage purposes.

• Interface with passport applicants at Agency/Center Information and Will-Call counters:

o At the Information Station, ensure appointment is scheduled;

o Review passport application, photograph, identification and supporting documentation for completeness prior to adjudication;

o Ensure the application and documents comply with Passport requirements, photograph meets Passport standards, and customer is provided fee information.

• Prior to distributing to applicants, print and review passport books for accuracy and quality.

• Process refund/reimbursement requests.

• Generate a credit card payment from the applicant and distribute completed batches to the Cashier’s Office. Verify all completed transactions and run designated reports.

• Assist with Acceptance Agent training: prepare training materials, conduct “meet-and- greets,” set-up training sessions, conduct office tours, etc.

• Assist CSM in maintaining and cataloging electronic records of passport acceptance facilities.

• Contact applicants to request necessary documents.

• Resolve undeliverable mail items by contacting the customer and appropriately documenting all actions taken in a SharePoint application.

• Per the guidance of DOS Passport Specialists, generate correspondence to resolve application discrepancies, including: Return to Sender (RTS), Rewrites and Re-issues, and re-batch into the system.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• HS diploma or GED

• Three years of general office experience: follow a number of specific procedures in completing several clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file; simple posting to individual accounts; opening mail; running mail through metering machines; and calculating and posting charges to departmental accounts

• Two years of experience utilizing a variety of office software, specifically Microsoft Office

• Capable of performing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Ability to work in one place and traverse the office on a continuing basis

• Must maintain constant awareness of all aspects of internal and external security

• Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include: 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment checks; additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records check may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment

• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship and an ability to obtain an MRPT clearance is required.

Provide necessary status updates to investors during the foreclosure process. Assemble and provide documentation in response to investor or regulatory audit requests.

Generate various scheduled and ad hoc reports as needed for Foreclosure, including but not limited to monthly scorecard reporting, exception reporting, and workflow tracking reports.

Ensure investor deadlines within the foreclosure are met, including but not limited to FHA 1st legal deadlines and FHA eviction 1st legal deadlines.

Prepare bidding instructions according to investor guidelines and ensure proper bidding for sales where M&T's lien is not in first position.

Review VA appraiser invoices for payment. Obtain necessary W-9, set up payee header and submit invoice for payment.

Perform initial review of documents required for foreclosure or simple contested litigation, gathering of backup and submission to Tier 2 Reviewer for further review and execution.

Review equity position and prepare necessary equity analysis for potential charge off.

Provide sale results to investor, MI companies and other necessary parties, updating systems as required.

Work with attorneys to ensure proper reporting of foreclosure status to investors.

Manage a variety of assigned tasks to hold, close or proceed with foreclosure taking action within the required service level agreement.

Complete daily Sale Result QC for Foreclosure team. Monitor, distribute and respond to emails sent to Team email boxes. Receive, review and distribute legal mail received in Customer Asset Management (CAM) pertaining to residential property in which the bank has an interest, to avoid risk of loss to the bank or its investors and work with in house counsel and management to determine if external counsel must be engaged to represent M&T.

Request checks for disbursement of bid deposit, senior lien payoff and settlements.

Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.

Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.

Complete other related duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities

This position interacts with external third-party foreclosure attorneys to ensure successful and timely completion of foreclosure consistent with investor guidelines.

About the role

The CDL Driver II will perform duties associated with transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and the client's sites. Drivers will have the opportunity to operate a variety of manual and automatic transmission equipment including vacuum tankers, vacuum trucks, vans, and flatbeds.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial vehicles to safely transport goods/materials over long distances according to established safety procedures and DOT regulations while meeting scheduled appointments
  • Drive trucks and operate specialized pump equipment on vehicles to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
  • Perform pre/post trip inspections of vehicle and equipment

Additional Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks and paperwork as it relates to transportation of hazardous/non-hazardous materials and vehicle/equipment maintenance (i.e., manifests, bills of lading, medical waste tracking, logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspections, incident reports, etc.)
  • Ensure the placarding of the vehicle meets DOT regulations.

Summary

The Biomedical Technician II (BMET II) is required to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of complex biomedical equipment with minimal supervision. The individual should be competent in the use of all applicable test equipment and tools required in the performance of these duties. The BMET II may serve as technical advisor to the medical and clinical staff in the safe operation and use of clinical equipment. This position also assists in developing specifications for the selection of new clinical equipment. Technical Service †40%
  • Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on complex and intricate biomedical equipment
  • Repair, install, and calibrate complex and intricate biomedical equipment
  • Inform supervisors of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations, and any customer concerns
  • Work with, direct, and document the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and outside service technicians to ensure proper service delivery

The Line Operator II will be responsible for setting up, operating and controlling a variety of process and auxiliary equipment related to the manufacturing of ceramic fiber and its products. They will also assist in testing basic quality, maintaining productivity standards and safe operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operating various equipment to meet daily key performance indicators (KPI's) for Safety, Quality and Production Rate.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, orderly workplace
  • Provide relief for other areas of production.
  • Utilize tools and equipment such as computer, fork truck, wet scrubber, furnaces, small hand tools, tape gun, stretch wrapper, power washer, etc.
  • Must comply with all Federal, State, Local and Company rules and regulations on Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining Alkegen's highest level of safety standards on site including identifying and correcting unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
  • Will embody Alkegen's core safety principles including but not limited to The Seven Safety Absolutes, use of PPE, and Safe Standards of Work at all times.

Qualifications/Experience:
