In This Role, You Will:

Be responsible for the daily operations of Mariner's employee benefit plans as the company's recognized subject matter expert. Ensure that all benefits are administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations through thorough audits, vendor management, and effective communication to employees. Keep current on industry standards, trends, and best practices to assess the competitiveness, relevance, and value of the company's benefit offerings and related resources to create and maintain an attractive and well-designed benefits program, maintaining competitive, cost-effective benefits that align with both company goals and employee needs.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
  • Execute tasks directly related to the administration of all benefits plans including health insurance, life and disability insurance, leave, workers' compensation, retirement, tuition assistance, relocation assistance, and supplemental plans.
  • Generate reports on benefits usage, participation rates, and other key metrics to support analysis and evaluation of effectiveness of plans. Recommend plan revisions or new plans that are cost-effective, consistent with benefit trends, and align with and support corporate objectives to ensure the company's broad-based benefit programs are competitive and sustainable.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration by staying current on regulatory changes and updates and conducting thorough reviews of plan documents, amendments, service agreements, and related materials.
  • Assess the impact and scope of regulatory changes on plan administration and present recommendations for updates or improvements to senior leaders.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of payroll records and invoices from benefits providers. Reconcile discrepancies, ensure proper allocation of costs, and prepare detailed reports for management to ensure accurate financial tracking and management of benefits expenses.
  • Collaborate with team members to respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, monitor enrollment, and assist in completing qualifying life event changes. Handle escalated issues or inquiries while overseeing responses for accuracy.
  • Oversee the completion of annual filings, such as Form 5500 and ACA reporting, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage the ongoing integration and functionality of all benefits-related systems and interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity between the company's HRIS, benefits administration platforms, and external vendors.
  • Partner closely with HRIS, Payroll, IT Support, and other internal stakeholders regularly to ensure all internal components of benefits administration, such as payroll deductions, enrollment elections and changes, and leave requests, are executed and documented accurately.
  • Lead the planning and execution of annual open enrollment: scheduling and coordinating meetings/webinars, drafting and sending employee communications, answering questions and addressing concerns from employees, and transmitting enrollment data to TPAs and carriers.
  • Maintain the calendar of wellness events and initiatives, such as the annual home office flu vaccination clinic and the distribution of wellness information aimed at educating employees about their benefits plans to ensure they are well-informed about available options, changes, and how to maximize their benefits. Monitor program effectiveness and employee participation.
  • Collaborate with benefits brokers, team members, and senior leaders to evaluate vendors for effectiveness and cost-saving opportunities. Participate in negotiations with benefits plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services, premiums, and plan administration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for benefits providers, brokers, and consultants and manage relationships to ensure the highest levels of service. Hold service providers accountable via regularly scheduled status calls and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide responses to auditors and regulators regarding benefit-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all such requests.
  • Provide guidance as the subject matter expert (SME) to Senior Management on benefit decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and legal and regulatory impacts to benefits plans.
  • Preserve confidentiality of all information of a private or sensitive nature, including but not limited to personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), financial information, and company/proprietary information.
  • Recommend process improvements, establishment of best practices, and service experience enhancements to senior leaders. Lead implementation of determined solutions as directed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the planning, development, and execution of special projects related to benefits administration.
  • May perform additional functions as assigned in order to provide superior customer service.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; additional, applicable years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Four (4) years of experience within Human Resources or employee benefits management.
  • Two (2) years' experience managing or administering corporate benefits plans and programs for a multi-state workforce.
  • Experience administering corporate benefits plans and programs for a large (1,500+ employee) workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations, including knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and ERISA.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience regarding employee benefits, benchmarking, and cost evaluations.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships, influence, coach, and partner with all levels across the organization and vendor partners.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing, with vendors, brokers, and all levels of company staff and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and benefits administration systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, change direction, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines with both local and remote staff.

Be responsible for the cloud network architecture design and implementation as well as remediating findings from cloud network security, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing. Work closely and collaborate frequently with distributed cross-functional teams while optimizing our platforms and tooling for speed, usability and reliability to meet the current and future needs of our customers and the business.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
  • Contribute to ensuring the platform aligns with PCI, OWASP, and ISO 27001 compliance by executing processes and recommending improvements.
  • Participate in the configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of WAF and reverse proxy infrastructure (NGINX), with occasional guidance from senior staff.

SUMMARY PM MC provides integrated system-of-system solutions to Army and Joint warfighters, whose products include computer hardware, software, communications and network management infrastructure. The Mission Command Support Center (MCSC), under PM MC, is an integral part of the Program Executive Office - Command, Control, & Communications-Tactical (PEO-C3T) capability portfolio, providing a centralized capability to deploy, integrate, monitor, test, manage, modernize, evaluate and sustain fielded and enterprise-hosted MC capabilities.   • Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production. Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions. Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems.
  • Ability to certify on all industrial lift equipment. Pickers, Reaches, Skates, Booms, Scissor lifts, etc.
  • Oversee projects as assigned. Projects will include minor space renovations, inventory management, contractor oversight, and building efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee, inspect, and monitor the routine maintenance provided by junior engineers. Will also provide guidance and training as needed.
Required Experience:

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
  • 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification.
  • Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment
  • Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems -
  • Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
  • Must be willing to learn new equipment as it is brought on-line.
  • Physical activities necessary to perform one or more essential functions of the position.
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily
  • Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours and up to 12 hours for up to 6 days a week
  • Ability to continuously ascend and descend from ladders and stairs, work at heights and/or from a ladder, work from a lying down position, work with your hands above your head
  • Willing to operate material handling equipment (i.e. fork truck). - Write documents and reports using writing instruments and computers
  • Read information, often in small print (drawings) - Follow appropriate safety procedures such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc. and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment, and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards
  • Ability to work overtime and must be available for on-call requests as needed

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Provides quality patient care and  monitoring  during all phases of the procedure  in accordance with  physician instructions and established policy. Has knowledge of all equipment, inventory, and location of supplies. Operates emergency equipment safely. Responds to on-call emergencies  i n accordance with department policy. 

  • Responsible for  pre-procedural duties such as sterile tray preparation, procedural patient education, and confirmation of required lab work and patient medical history, including indications for the study and all  previous  related exams; as well as  post-procedural duties including observation and management of catheter and/or device insertion site and patient discharge instructions.  Provides  patient transportation and communicates patient care status to  the receiving  care unit. Safely  operates  all imaging equipment (for example, digital equipment, pressure injectors, processors, rapid film changer, and cine) to produce high-quality diagnostic images  in accordance with  departmental policy.
