Under the direct supervision of the Nurse AdministratorNurse Manager, observes, assesses, plans, intervenes and evaluates outcomes and documents all aspects of patient care. Possesses a unique knowledge regarding the patient population to be served. May coordinate scheduling within assigned areas. Provides primary proactive management for service area during assigned shift with a supportive but clear supervisory manner. Supervises, counsels, and evaluates other nursing staff. Collaborates with Nurse Coordinator, other Nurse Managers, and MH Supervisor/Specialist to ensure 24-hour continuity of care. Assumes duties of the Nurse Coordinator during absence. Is flexible in work schedule. Has broad latitude for initiative and independent judgment. Provides direct nursing care to individual patients as needed. Understands that duties, location of work and shift/pattern are subject to change as determined by the administration to meet the needs of the hospital. Must understand that duties may include exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.

Essential Job Functions (EJFs):

Assess the health/mental status of the patient upon admission and/or transfer and on an ongoing basis and documents assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in patient record in order to determine priorities and plan therapeutic nursing care. Performs CPR/Heimlich techniques correctly and safely according to the specifications of the American Heart Association.
Provides direction and coordination of staffing and patient care activities on assigned units in a consultative manner with nurse administrators and staff nurses by addressing performance problems promptly and keeping accurate documentation of interventions.
Facilitates a smooth admission and/or transfer process during working hours in order to achieve the hospital mission by communicating with admissions staff, unit staff reviewing written documentation to ensure appropriate status and triage patients when needed.
Carries out medical staff orders and implements nursing interventions according to acceptable nursing care standards and hospital policies and procedures. Meets with unit nursing staff to inform and disseminate information.
Provides and documents individual/group teaching to patients regarding medications, illness, special treatment, etc. utilizing appropriate teaching/response methods for various age groups and cognitive levels to facilitate patient learning.
Implements special precautions as ordered, explain and document rights restrictions and implements restraint/seclusion procedures according to departmental policy and established nursing standards to maintain patient safety. Protect the patient from causing harm to self and/or others and uphold patient rights.
Participates in the client abuse and neglect process, assures patient safety, and meets patient needs, monitors, and implements Treatment Intervention Protection Strategies (TIPS). Follows all established protocols, policies, and procedures. Participates as the nursing representative in Performance improvement teams. Coordinates and administers effective utilization of nursing service personnel on assigned units.
Attends mandatory trainings, participates in on-going in-service and other education and training programs appropriate to the population/age group to meet the physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs of patients.

The Custodian II performs moderately complex (journey-level) custodial work. Cleans, dusts, disinfects, and sanitizes to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Preparation of financial analysis and reports.
Ensures that funds are properly reported and expended.

Accounts Receivable

Process large volume of automated payments to external customers on a bi-weekly basis using various software platforms.
Performs month-end closing tasks, including reconciling accounts receivable transactions to the monthly bank activity and resolving or making necessary adjustments for any outstanding items.
Research and resolve tenant ledger discrepancies or customer direct deposit issues as necessary.
Assist with audit field work related to accounts receivable.
Maintains documentation related to the accounts receivable function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures.
Budget/Payroll
Assists with the budget process for the organization's $260M annual budget, which includes over 200 business units. Tasks will include providing training and entering and analyzing data.
Prepares Annual Budget presentations for the Board of Commissioners, Executive Leadership Team, or other interested parties.
Reconciles, prepares & files quarterly and annual federal and state payroll tax reports and provides follow-up as necessary.
Performs month-end closing tasks, including posting accruals, reconciling bank accounts, and reviewing financial statements.
Reconciles all payroll-related general ledger accounts and internal fees annually and assists in completing audit request documentation.
Analysis
Analyzes complex financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or projecting a financial probability.
Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
Prepares quarterly financial reports and other narrative analyses for the Board of Commissioners, Executive Leadership Team, or other interested parties.
Provides year-end financial audit support, including preparing the statement of cash flows and various supporting schedules to the financial statements, documenting processes and procedures, and responding to audit queries.
Assists with preparing the unaudited and audited Financial Data Schedule (FDS) for HUD.

The Electrician II (Maintenance) performs such maintenance, repair and installation as may be required on the interior building and exterior electrical distribution and lighting systems on the campus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Repairs defective outlets and switches; replaces burned out or defective exterior lighting; Checks and replaces defective circuit protection devices including fuses up to 4160 volt.

**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Pay Range:** $15 per hour - $22 per hour

**What You'll Do:** As a Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You'll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact and brighten the day of those you serve.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, may include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
+ Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
+ May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
+ May support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
+ Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
+ Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
**What You Bring:**
+ Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
+ 3 - 4 years of related work experience preferred
