** THIS POSITION REQUIRES RESIDING IN THE MISSOULA, MT AREA.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator II to join our IT Infrastructure team in Missoula, Montana. This on-site, mid-level role is responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with a broad range of networking technologies and protocols, including Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure Networking, SolarWinds, and enterprise network best practices.Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in enterprise network administration or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching , wireless technologies, and Cisco Meraki platforms.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ISE .
  • Knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF and BGP .
  • Hands-on experience managing Azure Networking (e.g., ExpressRoute, NSGs, VPN gateways).
  • Familiarity with SolarWinds , SNMP , NetFlow , and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump).
  • Experience with 802.1x , 802.1q , VLAN configuration, and trunking.
  • Understanding of DHCP , IPAM , QoS , and structured cabling practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA , CCNP , PCNSA , AZ-700 , or CompTIA Network+ .
  • Scripting ability in PowerShell , Python , or Bash to automate tasks and streamline operations.
  • Experience with Zero Trust networking or SD-WAN solutions.
  • Familiarity with data center networking and fiber optic cabling standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, manage, and support Cisco switches, routers, wireless LAN controllers, and access points , including Meraki devices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, segmented networks using VLANs , 802.1q trunking , and 802.1x authentication .
  • Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls , including policies, VPNs, and threat prevention.
  • Monitor network health and performance using SolarWinds , NetFlow , and SNMP , responding proactively to anomalies.
  • Manage and support Azure Networking components including VNets , ExpressRoute , NSGs , Azure Firewalls , and hybrid connectivity.
  • Configure and maintain dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP .

- Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers
- Doing preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision and in a timely manner

**Qualifications:**
- 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
- Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications (preferred)

The OPM Customer Service Representative II is responsible for delivering general OPM healthcare enrollment information to callers. The processes that the Customer Service Representatives must follow are well defined and documented in training and work instructions.

The Customer Service Representative II reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. This is a level responsible for disseminating general OPM Healthcare enrollment information and assisting CSR I with their questions and providing the location of reference material. Enrolling callers into their healthcare plan of their choice, providing the location of healthcare plan information, referral to other agencies, enrollment guidelines and a general OPM health care background will be the focus with callers. The Customer Service Representative II when unsure how to respond to the caller will consult a Customer Service Supervisor.

This is a seasonal, remote (work at home) position. *Duration of this position is approximately 6-8 weeks must be available to work from October to December*

You will be required to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-7pm CST. Overtime will be required- you will work 1 hour of Overtime (OT) on Mondays and possibly on Veterans Day as well as on at least two other specific dates in December.

This position is fully remote; however, you must reside within 75 miles from the Miami, FL location.

You must be able to complete Federal clearance process/paperwork and obtain required fingerprints.

• Make process improvement suggestions to the Customer Service Supervisor

• The OPM Customer Service Representative III training session will also consist of more detailed training and focus on the below topics:

- Call Handling (accepting transfers from Customer Service Representative I)

- Escalations to the Customer Service Supervisor

- Submitting improvement suggestions to the Customer Service Supervisor

- Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as, filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy rules

- May be required to work scheduled holidays. Overtime may be required

Minimum Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.

- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

- Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish clearly, professionally and fluently
