PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for assisting in the monitoring of patients admitted to the extended stay unit.

1. Participates as a member of the health care team under the direction of a licensed nurse as defined by Standards and Authorized Duties for Certified Nursing Assistants (OAR 851-63-0010 - 0060, 0080, 0090). *
2. Assist in post-anesthesia recovery and monitoring of surgical patients, examinations or other surgical procedures as requested by the physician or registered nurse. *
3. Demonstrates complete understating of established emergency procedures for the Surgery Center and responds appropriately to emergency codes. *
4. Work in a cooperative manner with management/supervision, coworkers, customers and vendors.
5. Employees will not be discourteous or disrespectful to a customer or any member of the public while in the course and scope of company business.
6. Greet patients, family members, and other visitors to the facility.
7. Complete all employee/patient incident documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
8. Maintain regular, in person, work attendance and punctuality, as scheduled.*

REQUIREMENTS:
• Current, unencumbered Oregon CNA level 2 certification
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification

The NDT Technician II will work under the direct supervision of the Responsible Level III NDT Manager by performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections and maintenance functions as an MRO NDT Technician.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Documented NDT experience and formal training in the Eddy Current (ET) and/or Ultrasonic (UT) method preferred
- Ability to gain and maintain NAS-410 Level 2 certification in Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Penetrant (PT) inspection within 3 months of hire
- Ability to gain and maintain certifications for NAS-410 Eddy Current (ET) and Ultrasonic (UT) inspection within 2 years of hire is preferred
- Familiarity with NADCAP and AS9100/AS9110 quality systems is preferred
- Familiarity with the products and processes associated with aircraft maintenance and manufacturing is preferred
- Certified per FAR Part 65 and Able to obtain maintenance release and inspection authorizations within six months of on-the-job training learning CHI parts and processes
- Ability to understand repair station procedures, quality management system procedures (maintenance and manufacturing) and associated federal aviation regulations
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and have a valid Driver's License
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as assigned, dependent on production needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

6. Maintain all sidewalks and parking lots, including painting lines, numbers, and/or other stencils as needed. *
7. Clean and turnover vacant apartments to include all actions necessary to make the apartment rent-ready for the next tenant within 5-10 days. *
8. Schedule and conduct pre- move out inspections and reporting. Accurately cost out any repairs that may be needed and supply an estimate for expected cost to the resident for completion. *
9. Regularly check smoke detectors to ensure proper operation, change appliance filters, check air handlers, and perform other inspections when directed or required.
10. Requisition supplies; purchase tools and equipment (subject to supervisor approval); keep storeroom/shop clean, safe, and organized. *
11. Prepare and complete maintenance requests and work orders within 3-5 working days. Update Property Maintenance Log daily *
12. Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of all units. *
13. Notify the Community Manager of safety-related issues and lease agreement violations. *
