**Job Description**
The Administrative Assistant provides dedicated administrative support to an assigned function at Prime. This position will manage calendars, travel arrangements, coordinate expenses and conduct other various administrative duties on behalf of a Prime leader and their department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide administrative support to a leader and/or department at Prime; serve as a representative of the assigned function by effectively managing telephone calls and/or visitors and ensuring a consistent experience for all guests of the department or facility
+ Manage calendar(s) as assigned and ensure adherence to scheduled appointments; specifically responsible for the intake, prioritization and scheduling of new meeting requests, as well as supporting on-time transition between meetings or appointments
+ Coordinate travel on behalf of leaders or team members and ensure the appropriate lodging, car service and/or other necessary accommodations are secured
+ Coordinate team meetings and/or conferences and ensure facilities, technology and materials or handouts are adequately prepared and distributed
+ Document and maintain policies, procedures and other necessary reporting or presentations in support of department leadership or business operations; serve as initial point of contact within the department for guidance, approval or routing to the appropriate parties on policies/procedures that are administrative in nature
+ Support department with general office duties and special projects, including but not limited to preparing presentations, meeting materials, onboarding/offboarding activities, coordinating print, ordering supplies, maintaining records and/or administering the recognition program
+ Track and process department invoices and expenses
+ Capture and distribute meeting minutes at leadership and/or staff meetings

**Education & Experience**
+ High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required
+ 3 years of work experience in an administrative assistant role supporting Senior/Executive leadership.

• Preparing machine for assembly process

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines

• Load reels of strip terminals and housing onto assembly machines

• Make fine adjustments to properly align mating parts in machine

Red Land High School The Custodian II (Daytime) position at Red Land High School is available for the 2025-2026 school year. It is a Level 6, 8 hours per day, 249.5 days per year position. Work hours are first shift, Monday through Friday, with altered hours and extra time as needed and approved. Minimum pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

As the Custodian II, you will be the daytime head custodian at our high school in Lewisberry. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the school building during school hours. You oversee a small team of approximately 2 to 4 custodial staff, assigning tasks and making sure areas like classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained. You will communicate regularly with school administrators and office staff to prioritize tasks and support school events. You perform regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards. You may handle minor repairs yourself or coordinate with maintenance staff for more complex problems. Throughout the day, you respond to immediate custodial needs, such as spills or urgent clean-ups. You ensure that all custodial supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition. In this role, you help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Opportunities exist for additional weekly hours to cover after-school activities and events. This job is for a positive and productive person who will be working around students and adults alike.

Required skills include a high school diploma and ability to supervise personnel.

Knowledge and ability to perform job function: Maintains physical plant and grounds in highest state of cleanliness, repair and comfort for the success of our students. Interacts closely with building administration for specific needs, including repair work orders and special event setups. Performs interior and exterior building maintenance tasks and outdoor grounds maintenance tasks. Ability to work outside to perform landscaping and athletic field preparations. Operate lawnmower, snow blower, string trimmer, auto scrubber and other common hand tools. Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 80 pounds and work at heights of up to 30 feet.
