- Perform pre-registration/registration processes, verifying coverage of Advanced Beneficiary Notices, and obtaining authorizations and notifications. Ivy Tech Community College, Terre Haute Campus, is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician. The purpose of this position is to help maintain facilities, grounds and properties in a condition of optimal operating excellence, by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on buildings in areas of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. This position also is responsible for the maintenance of landscapes by weed-eating, mowing, and snow removal when applicable and the detailing of the college's owned vehicles. Selected candidates will be subject to pre-employment background checks, including criminal history check, and must have and maintain a valid driver's license, and be insurable under the college authorized driver criteria. Any offer of employment will be contingent upon that outcome.
Major Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, physical plant and systems;
Perform routine and periodic maintenance and preventative maintenance and repairs to grounds equipment and all college vehicles;
Troubleshoots and repair of electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and environmental systems;
Performs daily building and systems checks and complete required documentation;
Assist in structural repairs and renovation to buildings both interior and exterior;
Performs outside grounds maintenance including snow removal, landscaping and lot clean up.
Assist in maintaining computer control systems (HVAC, Security, etc.);
Assist others to install conduit, wiring circuits, receptacles, switches, and controls.
Perform preventive maintenance such as changing filters, lubing, greasing, changing belts and bearings to maintain existing air-handling units, and exhaust systems.

**What you'll be doing:**
This position will allow you to work with many technologies and vendors. Your primary focus will be supporting the Staples warehouse and annex buildings located in Terre Haute, IN This will include supporting the wired and wireless networks as well as providing day to day user support for pc's and printers. You will also be part of a project team providing remote support for large projects outside of Missouri, projects led by a technical project manager.
Along with your technical responsibilities, you will be given business administrative tasks related to network gear costs, optimizations, and reporting. Tasks you may be requested to do include the management of the spare gear asset pool, ensure support maintenance licenses for gear and printers are updated on their respective vendor portals, ensure internal compliancy that all network assets are accurately reflected in ServiceNow, and conduct annual audits to ensure all network diagrams are accurate. You may be called upon to assist in the development and planning of the annual Network, Printers, and PC refreshes for each site as appropriate.
You will report to a remote manager based in Tennessee and at times will work directly with a technical project manager while working on projects. This position will be onsite 5 days per week and 24/7 on call coverage rotation (approximately 1 week every 10 weeks).

Your Impact
- Configure and design variations of current products to meet customer order requirements.
- Develop and document repeatable design procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across product configurations.

- Compounds specialty medication products. Repackages bulk medications into unit of use packaging. Completes accurate documentation of medication compounded and repackaged.
- Assists in preparing and labeling of intravenous medications including total parenteral nutrition products and hazardous medications using proper sterile and aseptic technique. May perform quality control activities such as monthly nursing unit inspections and pharmacy inventory checks in a timely manner. Completes documentation of refrigerator and environmental interventions, sterile cleaning, and equipment maintenance activities as required.
- May use automated dispensing technology or requisition to restock medications to nursing and ancillary areas after they are checked by a pharmacist. Restocks medication to all areas outside automated dispensing technology which may include but not be limited to trays, code carts and emergency boxes. Adds users to the automatic dispensing technology database as per policy. Investigates discrepancies in automated dispensing technology.
- Demonstrates ability to perform pharmaceutical calculations.
- Requires pharmacy technician licensure in the state of Alaska upon hire. Pharmacy technician certification required (CPhT or ExCPT).

SCOPE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Incumbent has responsibility for overseeing all electronically processed items such as cash letters, teller work captured by branch personnel, remote deposit merchant deposits, ATM deposits, mobile capture deposits, and incoming correspondent bank files. Incumbent has face-to-face, telephone, and written contact with bank personnel concerning deposit correction creation when an error has been determined. Incumbent is responsible for providing expedient customer service whether serving internal customers, external customers, or vendors. Incumbent performs various daily activities of Item Processing and debit card production as assigned. Primary contacts are FTS customers, Item Processing supervisor, software vendors, hardware vendors, and branch personnel. In the absence of the supervisor, manager, or assistant manager, it is important that decisions are made within set departmental guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receive and process all incoming electronic Check21 files, electronic deposits from ATM, merchants, and mobile app deposits, and creating outgoing electronic Check21 files.
- Answer questions and resolve issues from branch employees about teller capture and its processes while working through technical issues with teller capture software.
- Process newly issued or reissued Visa debit cards.
- Process and respond to all incoming methods of communication.
- Adapt to frequent change in the work environment and manage competing demands.
- Must be able to handle frequent deadlines and interact in a positive manner with people.
