POSITION SUMMARY
Prepares preliminary budgets, conceptual estimates and detail estimates generally for small to medium-size projects with experience generally in specific trade.
What you’ll do:

Analyzes drawings and uses applicable software to perform material take-offs for detailed estimates and provides unit cost pricing.

Performs basic red-lining of documents as needed.

Assists with developing project updates and bid package estimate documents’ comparison.

Tracks and adjusts quantities as needed. Resolves discrepancies.

Solicits subcontractor bids and partners with vendors to build relationships and obtain quotes.

Reviews Request for Proposals (RFPs), Basis of Design and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.

Presents information and responds to questions from internal departments.

Mentors Estimators as needed.
What you’ll need to be successful:

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems

Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings

Strong knowledge of construction costs and principles

Strong ability to perform mathematical calculations and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and prorations to practical situations

Knowledge of Quick Pen Auto Bid Mechanical and Sheet Metal Estimating software
What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, or trade school or equivalent combination of technical training and or related experience.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical construction estimating.

Under the direction of the Department Manager or Supervisor, prepare a variety of quality foods for all areas of dining services; assist in the planning of menus and in the purchasing of staples. Be able to function under indirect supervision in the area of day-to-day food production.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Prepare nutritious and food products from basic ingredients using fresh sustainable products and scratch cooking. Prepare or direct staff to garnish in an attractive manner. Prepare all sauces, gravies, soups, roasted meats for carving, entrees and baked items for front of the house. Organize and maintain work flow in an effective manner in the food production area of department. Participate in determining portion size and item prices. Communicate data to appropriate department staff. Participate in planning of menus with attention to food cost. Place order or relay information to person ordering food stuffs. Check incoming orders for quality and quantity. Note any damages or shortages.
+ Set up serving line. Serve meals to guests in a courteous, pleasant manner. Assist Dining Services Manager, Supervisor or lead person in the training of food service employees. ResponsibilitiesUnder the general technical supervision, the EEG Technologist II independently performs electroencephalography (EEG), long-term monitoring for Epilepsy (LTME), continuous EEG monitoring (cEEG) and ambulatory monitoring. Provides findings and a descriptive analysis according to department procedures. Works with neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations on inpatient units and in the outpatient laboratory. May also perform Evoked Potentials (EP) or intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) as appropriate based on competence. Requires ability to work at all Legacy hospitals, float between sites during shift and to take night, weekend and holiday call as scheduled.
QualificationsEducation: High School graduate and graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program, or an Associate's degree or higher with an emphasis on physical or biological science from an accredited college or university or equivalent training.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in performing electroencephalography in a clinical setting or through an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program required.
Skills: Strong communication skills and working proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems.
LicensureLicensure/Certification: AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers. R.EEG T. credential by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists, Inc. (ABRET).
Pay RangeUSD 33.92 - USD 48.51 /Hr.
