The OPM Customer Service Representative II is responsible for delivering general OPM healthcare enrollment information to callers. The Customer Service Representatives use basic office equipment and technology such as soft telephones, email, chat and web browsers to perform their duties. The processes that the Customer Service Representatives must follow are well defined and documented in training and work instructions.
The Customer Service Representative II reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. This is a level responsible for disseminating general OPM Healthcare enrollment information and assisting CSR I with their questions and providing the location of reference material. Enrolling callers into their healthcare plan of their choice, providing the location of healthcare plan information, referral to other agencies, enrollment guidelines and a general OPM health care background will be the focus with callers. The Customer Service Representative II when unsure how to respond to the caller will consult a Customer Service Supervisor.
This is a seasonal, remote (work at home) position. *Duration of this position is approximately 6-8 weeks must be available to work from October to December*
You will be required to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-7pm CST. Overtime will be required- you will work 1 hour of Overtime (OT) on Mondays and possibly on Veterans Day as well as on at least two other specific dates in December.
This position is fully remote; however, you must reside within 75 miles from the Miami, FL location.
You must be able to complete Federal clearance process/paperwork and obtain required fingerprints.

* Admit patients and conduct comprehensive initial in-home assessments
* Manage a caseload of patients, including developing appropriate care plans and revising as circumstances change, scheduling visits, and so forth
* Supervise home care assistants and PT students working on assigned cases
* Plan and coordinate a variety of services for patients provided by the VNA and other community health care and human service organizations, involving a variety of patient referral and advocacy functions
* Confer with patients' families, physicians, and other care providers to coordinate services, discuss patients' status, needs and problems, and so forth
* Prepare all required clinical and administrative documentation related to assigned activities, including admission write-ups, chart notes, documentation of conversations, care plans, and the like, adhering to all relevant legal regulations, technical requirements of government agencies, internal procedures, and professional standards
* Travel to and from patients' homes and the UVMHN Home Health & Hospice offices
* Confer regularly with supervisor, other clinical team members, departmental office staff, and other UVMHN Home Health & Hospice personnel to plan and coordinate activities, consult on cases, exchange information, investigate and resolve problems, and the like. Attend staff meetings
* In carrying out all clinical duties, adhere to established guidelines and professional standards while adapting treatment plans to meet many different contingencies, consulting with senior staff or supervisors regarding unusual situations

This position troubleshoots and communicates documentation discrepancy issues with customers and foreign origins. This position audits commercial documents, applies harmonized tariff schedule codes for accurate duty assessments and ensures all federal requirements are met. This position handles general customs brokerage activities and general office and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of customs entries and forwarding freight to designated locations. This may involve interface with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers.
Prepare Customs entries and follow-up with the clearance process on all entries prepared.
Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor.
Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations.
Resolve finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues.
Responsible for filing entries to customs via GBS-CM in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities may include scanning entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements.
Administrative responsibilities include preparation of reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases.
Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins.
