WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the Assembler II , responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
- Fabricate and assemble critical aerospace parts/components. Perform cuts, strip, crimp, terminate, and continuity check wire assemblies.
- Utilize solder pots, solder irons, crimp tooling, wire cutters, laser wire strippers, digital calipers, and other hand tools to assemble units per customer specifications, drawings or manufacturing process instructions.
- Read blueprints, illustrations, or specifications to determine layouts or sequence of operations
- Understand Company, Customer, and Industry standards and requirements.
- Communicate clearly with Procurement department and suppliers as needed.
- Work to meet customer & internal production schedules.
- Ensure proper assembly, or rework, or adjust.
- Maintain high level of integrity dealing with all departments within the organization
- Identify process improvements.
- Maintain work area to appropriate standards, based on 6S methodologies.
- Drive to meet or exceed time goals for each job performed.
- Learn to utilize PLEX operating system as related to Production and job function.
ABOUT YOU:
- Certified to J-STD-001 Solder Workmanship.
- Certified to IPC-A-610/620 Wire Harness Workmanship.
- Certified to NASA 8739.4 Standards
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Skilled using measuring equipment, such as scales, calipers, micrometers, hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Work from engineering drawings/specs, engineering change notices or established operating procedures.
- Experience with PC skills (Microsoft Office-Excel, Word).
- Effective communication skills, Motivated, Self-starter, punctual

The purpose of this position is to assign ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure codes with the appropriate DRG assignment for inpatient encounters, ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure codes, CPT-4 procedure codes, and APC assignment for outpatient encounters. This is to ensure a valid database used for research, reporting, quality improvement activities, reduce days not final billed (DNFB), and appropriate reimbursement.
Scope
1.Assigns ICD, CPT and HCPCS coding classifications based on clinical documentationand/or physician orders. Utilizes appropriate tools, resources and guidelines to determine codes and assigns first listed diagnosis and secondary diagnoses. Obtains clarification from physicians, clinical departments and others on documentation questions, as needed. Performs coding at an advanced level of coding complexity. Codes complex diagnoses, CPT and assigns modifiers for multiple facilities. Codes combinations of outpatient hospital charts.
2. Maintains assigned work queues within defined processing timeframe and meets or exceeds productivity standards.
3. Verifies data abstracted and entered from the EMR. Ensures integrity of the database for internal and external data reporting.
4. Responds in a timely manner to inquires from Revenue Services related to use of codes and modifiers within the billing process to assure accuracy and avoid delays in the billing process.
5. Adheres to all compliance guidelines, both internal and external. Participates in continuing education programs to maintain an understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, disease processes and surgical techniques to support the effective application of coding guidelines and maintain credentials.
6. Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician(RHIT), OR certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credential through American Health InformationManagement Association (AHIMA) OR completion of coding certification through American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) with coding certification of Certified Professional Coder(CPC) or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) or Certified Coding Associate through AHIMA (CCA) required

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Assure each day's activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display proficiency in any one of the following categories, above average skills in two more of the following categories and basic skills in the remaining categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building management. Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks. Display basic ability to repair or replace PVC copper pipe (including soldering). Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment (e.g., pump and motor replacement), plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical equipment including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related duties. Assist with surface preparation and painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Display working knowledge of all engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance, energy management, and other systems, including devices that interact with such programs. Perform mid-level troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Display the ability to train and mentor other engineers (e.g., Engineer I). Display ability to perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance.
