Responsibilities:

• Manages the Service P/L for assigned branch(s).
• Forecasts staffing requirements.
• Effectively prioritizes customer calls and advises dispatch accordingly.
• Ensures customer requirements are followed, and calls are completed on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

• 10 + years of experience in the refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry, previous managerial experience.
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices, including service hour estimation, labor forecasting, and multiple disciplines involved in area of responsibility.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L.
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Proficiency in managing multiple assignments, setting and balancing competing priorities with strong organizational skills and ability to multi task.
• Ability to solve problems and apply good judgement.

**The role you'll contribute:**
Installs, operates and maintains all heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems and maintains medical air compressors in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., minor electrical and plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members. Works under minimal supervision. Mentors and coaches staff in technical areas.

+ Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
+ Monitors HVAC systems and operations, ensuring accurate completion of preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
+ Effectively measures and calculates air exchanges and pressure relations.
+ Performs a variety of general maintenance, repair, overhaul and construction duties.
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
**Required qualifications:**
+ HS GED
+ Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English Basic computer skills.
+ Valid state driver license.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Trade Degree - Apprenticeship or technical degree in a facilities related field.
+ Two years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, service and repair Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience.
+ Current Refrigeration Journeyman license.
