Job Purpose
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Loan Processing Specialist prepares, reviews and processes loan documentation. The Loan Processing Specialist provides excellent telephone etiquette and administrative support to JX Financial.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Honor Commitment:
- Prepare direct loan documents, extension, rewrites, leases, etc. for their respective Finance / Insurance Sales Representative which includes proofing approval and making corrections, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review documents for completeness and proper execution after deal closes, ensuring compliance and adherence to procedures.
- Follow up for title and lien perfections, fulfilling legal obligations and protecting the company's interests.
- Greet customers in a positive, professional manner, creating a welcoming and helpful first impression.
- Follow up on deficiencies with the dealership, providing timely and constructive feedback to improve processes and customer service.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, colleagues, and dealership personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay informed about changes in finance and insurance regulations, documentation requirements, and industry best practices to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline document preparation, review, and submission, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
