**The Role**
**New Business**
+ To assist in the development of new business for the Company
+ Give input to the creation of a marketing and new business strategy.
+ Implement marketing and new business strategy.
+ Identify new business opportunities (including cross-selling opportunities) within existing client base.
+ Take responsibility for a number of new business development projects.
+ Promote the Company within and outside the Willis Group.

**Business Development Representative:**
As a key member of the ITW Hartness commercial team, the Business Development Representative reports to the Division Sales Director and will work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Strategic Marketing to drive proactive, outbound sales activities to achieve revenue, margin, product, and market share goals for both end users and partners in the food, beverage, and personal and household care markets.
