**Job Summary:**
The Inventory Control Lead position is a critical support role for the management and accuracy of the storage, control, and distribution of materials to fulfill the SIOP.
**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
+ Manages and trains employees.
+ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
+ Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Inventory Control / Analysis:
+ Develops efficient material flow processes and proposes inventory management strategies.
+ Establishes or aligns actual part storage locations with ERP information (Syteline) for both new and existing parts.
+ Create and lead cycle count programs to frequently audit inventory accuracy.
+ Tracks inventory accuracy trends and maintains a robust root cause/corrective action program to ensure measurable continuous improvement.
+ Formalizes and conducts steel reconciliation adjustments within Syteline.
+ Determines within the manufacturing process the step in which material is consumed and updates Syteline routers and BOMs accordingly.
+ Assists in Plan For Every Part (PFEP) process used to set purchased and manufactured part inventory levels required to support SIOP.
+ Conducts root cause analysis activities and proposes thoughtful corrective actions to allow for data based continous improvement trends related to inventory accuracy and availability.
+ Reconciles negative inventory reports, root causes, and develops improvement processes.
+ Mitigates excess inventory by reviewing open POs, evaluating Safety Stock levels, and monitoring WIP.
+ Performs write-offs on damaged or obsolete inventory to reflect accurate value of inventory through Adjustment Approval process.
+ Refine procedures for conducting and valuing year-end physical inventory.
+ Performs other related duties as required.

Integrated Product Support (IPS) Lead
- Own all 12 DoD IPS elements for PG MR 2, with emphasis on Supply Support, Maintenance Planning, Packaging/Handling/Storage/Transportation (PHS&T), and Technical Data.
• Chair the Logistics Working Group; synchronize activities across Nomad, Smith, Watch IPTs and platform SPOs.
- Develop demand forecasts and optimal sparing levels for 10+ PG kits and linereplaceable units (LRUs) using COSSI/ReadinessBased Sparing (RBS) models.
• Manage procurement of BOM items-VPX cards, Type1 crypto, SATCOM apertures-ensuring obsolescence mitigation and cybersecurity supplychain risk management (CSCRM) compliance.
- Author and maintain the LifeCycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) ; align with AFI 63101/20101 and Weapon System Sustainment (WSS) metrics.
