Position Responsibilities:?
+ Manage inventory control processes for the warehouse, including physical counts and logistics, ensuring adequate material and product levels while evaluating needs and implementing strategies to meet them
+ Count and reconcile physical inventory daily, making system adjustments as necessary, including daily cycle counts and full weekly inventory
+ Ensure that product is rotated on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis, establishing procedures for incoming and outgoing products to ensure proper rotation
+ Maintain accurate records to facilitate shortage detection, prepare reports on inventory analysis and shrinkage, and serve as a key contributor in the area of inventory optimization

**Role Summary:**
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for inventory-related functions; this includes generating purchase requestions and cycle counts, following up on delivery of parts, scheduling orders to meet customer request dates, and leading the morning accountability meetings. + Apply in depth proficiency in running all inventory reports in support of daily operations as required. Reconcile the cycle count daily.
+ Communicate on the status of orders and assist in tracking shipments until delivery is completed. Ensure changes in order status are communicated in a timely manner and assist in trouble-shooting order issues to maintain on-time delivery.
+ Closely monitor PO due dates and expedite the status of PO deliveries.
+ Maintain and replenish stocks for consumables.
+ Work independently, manage time effectively, and be well organized to handle a high-volume workload.
+ Majority of the workload is ordering parts from other internal facilities and outside vendors and creating production orders for parts to be manufactured.

- Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
- Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.

- Filing inventory and SOX documentation.

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for the review, audit and approval of domestic parcel, less than truckload (LTL), truckload and import invoices.
Compare transportation carrier invoices against Uline order information, carrier contracts and shipment documents and clearly record any issues.
Build relationships with carriers to streamline services and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely payment to transportation carriers.
Run analysis for special projects when needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Invoice audit and pay experience and LTL pricing knowledge preferred.
