Who You Are:

Our Logistics Coordinators are responsible for processing inbound orders from our wholesale accounts, adjusting inventory databases and conducting inventory cycle counts, picking, packaging, and applying state compliance stickers to individual products to create a seamless order fulfillment process. This position will work in a fast-paced, team-work driven environment as we continue to expand our footprint in the cannabis wholesale market. Our Logistics Coordinators must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. What You Will Do:

  • Assist with material counts, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records
  • Works directly with the Inventory Coordinator(s) to compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
  • In conjunction with the Inventory Coordinator(s), prepare reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages

  • Ensure all inventory transactions, receipts and shipments are documented accurately in JDE1 and physical records as required.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of material handling or logistics experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly JDE1.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceTrade for parts order updates and job-level status tracking.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)

Arrow is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator II to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials while leveraging your analytical skills to optimize logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis capabilities, intermediate proficiency in Excel, and excellent professional communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and Power BI is a plus
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ **Logistics Operations:** Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company standards.

+ **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve logistics-related challenges, such as delays, discrepancies, or inventory shortages, in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics with a focus of inventory management, shipping receiving and transportation. They must possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and operate in a very fast paced complex environment, meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence. Additionally offering strong customer support and the ability to remain flexible with frequent shifts in priorities.
The Logistics Specialist will maintain accountability of in-stock components as well as receive and process inbound shipments. You will also assist with ongoing requests to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained and distributed to all locations to support build and repair activities. Working with the Logistics Manager, they create plans to optimize the flow and delivery of parts through their lifecycle; tracking inventory locations and movement. They work closely with Datacenter Operations Technicians to fulfill parts and equipment deliveries quickly and accurately. They will also work with Procurement teams to ensure that inbound equipment orders are complete and delivered to appropriate Data Center Locations.
They are responsible for accurate data entry and resolving questions from peer organizations. Additionally, the Logistics Specialist will ensure that all information associated with the deliveries such as inventory tracking and Ticket updates are accurate to ensure equipment is ready for processing by end user.
The ideal Logistics Specialist will dive deep into the inventory they maintain to better understand the consumption, control and accuracy surrounding the components. The Logistics Specialist will be involved in, if not responsible for or limited to, decision making involving shipping and receiving of components, load planning, loading and unloading equipment, daily equipment receiving and processing, ultimately helping us to deliver on our goals of high availability and low cost. They will also maintain up-to-date metrics dashboards and or excel spreadsheets and will create reports for internal and external customer and management as required.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities can and will include manual tasks, such as assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of materials, handling incoming shipments, unpack boxes and verify contents. Load and unload large equipment utilizing pallet jacks. The Logistics Specialist will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company.
Logistics Specialists are expected to understand all aspects of transportation, shipping and receiving as well as inventory control, adhere to strict safety standards, maintain very high quality, and be willing and able to work on powered equipment (i.e forklift).

Basic Qualifications

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the control and communication around field/distributor inventory both physically and systematically, through monitoring, traceability, and reconciliations. - Cycle Counts: Perform cycle counts for offices and accounts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Customer Support & Order Processing: Process temporary and product kit orders, respond to requests for patient implant information, and support Customer Service with case reconciliation/stock issues.
All duties must be performed in compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO (International Organization for Standardization).

Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. **KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records
+ Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports
+ Determine stock supply and need for replenishment
+ Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues
+ Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories
+ Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order
+ Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
