**Job Summary**
The Supply Chain Technician ensures the accurate and efficient receipt, distribution, and management of supplies within the facility. This role is responsible for maintaining storeroom inventory, organizing point-of-care (POC) supply areas, and ensuring compliance with established stock levels. The Supply Chain Technician conducts regular inventory audits, processes incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintains a clean, organized, and compliant supply chain environment.
**Essential Functions**
+ Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments, verifying items against packing slips and reporting discrepancies to leadership.
+ Stocks warehouse items in appropriate locations, following FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principles and maintaining organization and cleanliness.
+ Reviews and maintains Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock and POC areas to ensure consistent supply availability.
+ Conducts physical inventory counts in storeroom and POC areas as scheduled, addressing variances and ensuring system accuracy.
+ Picks and stages warehouse stock items based on requisitions, applying patient charge stickers as needed and confirming system accuracy.
+ Notifies supervisors of discrepancies in perpetual inventory picks and participates in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
+ Organizes and maintains PAR locations with accurate labels, inventory count sheets, and properly aligned supplies.
+ Stages and distributes supplies, including:
+ Storeroom/Warehouse items for Distribution Technicians to put away.
+ Non-stock items for requesting departments, ensuring signatures are obtained.
+ Capital/Asset equipment and rental equipment for delivery to the Biomed department.
+ Coordinates outbound shipments for authorized returns by preparing bills of lading and other necessary documents.
+ Ensures compliance with regulatory standards for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
+ Assists with semi-annual inventory counts to maintain perpetual inventory accuracy and integrity.
+ Processes data entry for supply requisitions, inventory adjustments, and receipts into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
+ Delivers non-stock items to requesting departments and obtains authorized signatures when required.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
**Qualifications**
+ 0-1 years of experience applying advanced mathematical skills related to healthcare inventory, including calculations for bulk distribution, inventory management, and units of measurement such as cc and mg required
+ 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics preferred
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO and Min/Max level management.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems and data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
+ Strong organizational skills to maintain clean and compliant storeroom and warehouse areas.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and departments.
+ Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and shipments.
+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements for warehousing and supply chain operations.
+ Physical ability to lift and move supplies and operate material handling equipment safely.

The purpose of this job is to perform activities related to fuel orders purchase and delivery for assigned company locations with the goal of preventing fuel outages and maintain optimal fuel inventory at the least total cost.

3. Answer a high volume of daily telephone calls to assist drivers through various issues affecting original dispatch plan and delivery; determine alternative delivery plan and redirect drivers as needed
4. Monitor store tank volumes and project sales demand to maintain inventories and avoid store outages
5. Maintain tank levels at par value to optimize cash flow and allow for margin enhancement via market timing arbitrage
6. Monitor gasoline and heating oil spot market prices and plan dispatches to capitalize on arbitrage opportunities and market volatility
7. Review driver DOT hours and plan routes in a safe and efficient manner
8. Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (e.g., drivers, Supply Coordinators, store personnel and other Logistics Coordinators) to ensure purchase and delivery of fuel orders align with Key Performance Indicators
**Qualifications**

The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

Summary:

The BH Resource Coordinator is responsible for facilitating patient transitions to inpatient behavioral health beds by verifying accurate insurance information ,securing insurance precertification(s) utilizing a strong understanding of criteria for inpatient care, and when necessary doing bed searches to other facilities both within and outside the network to promote timely access to appropriate level of care. This person utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist in bed management activities as needed, is highly knowledgeable of network entity capabilities and can navigate bed management for uncomplicated bed placement needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a resource with expertise in managed care , stays updated in current practices and keeps colleagues informed of same.
  • Acts as expert in Epic registrations, auth cert., etc and acts as resource for staff as needed.
  • Ensures that criteria is met for inpatient level of care upon obtaining authorization
  • Thoroughly documents insurance information in Epic, including all details of auth cert. 
  • Understands bed placement priorities as set by standard work
  • Maintains positive collaborative relationships with sending and receiving entities and professionals
  • Performs bed searches as directed, prioritizing in network facilities.
  • Document patients placed outside network and reasons for same.
  • Perform routine bed placement and registration when not busy with above activities
  • Consults with RN before placing patient
  • Negotiates single case agreements as necessary
  • Maintains H3W leadership behaviors and is accountable for all interactions 
  • Models customer service standards and demonstrates value for all people in the work environment
Qualifications
Education: Masters Degree in Social Work required.

Licensure, Certification, Registration: Current CT LCSW license required.


Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in behavioral health field. Understanding of levels of care criteria, diagnostic nuances, and inpatient milieu concerns strongly preferred. Ability to navigate managed care systems in obtaining accurate BH insurance information.

Qualifications:

• CDL Class A required

• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required

• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years

• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents

• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.

• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
