**Position Summary**
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
- Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
- Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
- Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
- Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
- Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.
Salary Range - $18.50-$0.02/hr
**Required Qualifications**
- 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software
- Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing direct support to the sales team and executive management by evaluating macro and micro market trends in the energy and coal markets – both domestic and international – and its effects on market opportunities for Core’s coal products. These evaluations will be used to develop Core’s sales and marketing strategy, to make recommendations regarding sales prices, volumes, and contract structures, and to update management, investors, and analysts regarding the outlook of Core’s markets. Additionally, assists with developing and monitoring shipments of coal to meet customers’ quality, cost, and production needs. This position manages combined market analysis, planning, distribution, traffic, and transportation functions. These functions are critical in establishing and preserving the value of our sales portfolio from strategic planning to the day-to-day execution.

The On-Site Logistics Coordinator has the critical responsibility of managing inventory and coordinating transportation, distribution and delivery of all assets arriving and departing from the venue for each show. Position Overview:
  • Receives, processes, and organizes all materials and equipment upon arrival.
  • Leads the setup of all Back-of-House (BOH) spaces used for Load-in, Run of Show, & Load-out, including tent builds and shipping container placements asset storage, etc.
  • Ensures adherence to Load -In & Load-Out Standards to prevent loss or damage of materials.
  • Monitors that work areas remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Assists in ensuring all equipment, tools, and materials are properly handled, maintained, and stored by completing daily and weekly inventory reports.
  • Participates in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to align logistics with broader event goals.
  • Works closely with build leads to distribute assets effectively.
  • Monitors stock levels of essential materials.
  • Communicates shortages to the Producer of Owned Events or Director of Assets & Logistics to avoid supply gaps.
  • Creates guidelines for maintaining back-of-house areas during the event.
  • Oversees packing and palletizing at the end of the event.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in event logistics required.
  • Knowledge of logistics, site setup, and asset management.
  • Forklift Certification is required.
  • Proficiency and confidence in using all basic power tools and hand tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in record keeping and computer systems. 
  • Ability to to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods in.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold temperatures).
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. **Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.**

**Job Summary:**
The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for inventory related functions including cycle counts execution and process ownership, inventory replenishment system set-up and monitoring. Will assist on assigning stock locations in our warehouse. The Inventory Control Clerk will also be responsible for analysis of our ERP system transactions involving inventory control.
Additionally, and as needed, will support the warehouse team in receiving, pulling parts for jobs, shipping of goods. This position reports directly to the Materials and Purchasing Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform inventory related functions including cycle count execution, discrepancy investigations and overall process ownership
+ Assist on the assignment of stock locations in the warehouse based on item type, size, and priority
+ Conduct periodic audits to the replenishment system to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies
+ Maintain accurate records of all inventory-related transactions using appropriate software or systems
+ Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to inventory management
+ Recommend strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste
**Additional Responsibilities:**
+ Receive incoming shipments and verify order details against packing slips or purchase orders
+ Organize incoming items and prepare them for storage
+ Pick, pack and ship customer orders according to production schedules
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
+ Experience working with ERP systems (Preferably MFG Pro or JDE)
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Knowledge of basic math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
