A.C. Coy is currently seeking candidates for a Logistics Analyst role. This individual will play a key role in improving transportation cost efficiency, enhancing delivery performance, and supporting the development of process improvement strategies. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in logistics (including Parcel, LTL, & Truckload shipments), as well as the ability to research carriers and methods, and make recommendations.

Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the supply, material flow, and storage of inventory from the supplier to the customer
- Analyze and coordinate operational and financial data for decision making
- Analyze and support operational and management reports, records, and inboxes
- Develop and utilize numerical and statistical data to drive freight cost savings
- Work with multiple ERP, TMS, and Freight Payment systems
- Monitor the daily transportation plan and recommend the most economically advantageous and efficient means of delivering products
- Evaluate freight classifications, tariff rates, and operating capabilities concurrent with delivery schedules and deadlines
- Perform special research, studies, and analysis to determine the most effective routes through the distribution center(s)
- Gather information and assists in preparation of reports on contractual and export compliance status, identifying deviations
- Notify company personnel regarding contract commitments, modifications, and revisions
- Maintain invoices in freight payment system, reviewing discrepancies with carriers and transportation team if necessary. Create and process controls to ensure that invoices are being billed correctly
REQUIRED
- At least 3 years of logistics experience, including Parcel, LTL, and Truckload shipments
- Specific experience researching carriers and shipping options for speed and cost, and making recommendations
- Overall strong computer skills with Windows and MS Office; Ability to learn and master new invoicing and shipping systems
- Strong Excel skills, with ability to do V-Look ups and pivot tables
- Moderate proficiency with PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with a least one Invoicing/Freight Payment system
- Ability to travel by car overnight for 1-2 days once every 1-2 months
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Experience using a TMS (Trucking Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System)

**Job Summary:**
The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for inventory related functions including cycle counts execution and process ownership, inventory replenishment system set-up and monitoring. Will assist on assigning stock locations in our warehouse. The Inventory Control Clerk will also be responsible for analysis of our ERP system transactions involving inventory control.
Additionally, and as needed, will support the warehouse team in receiving, pulling parts for jobs, shipping of goods. This position reports directly to the Materials and Purchasing Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform inventory related functions including cycle count execution, discrepancy investigations and overall process ownership
+ Assist on the assignment of stock locations in the warehouse based on item type, size, and priority
+ Conduct periodic audits to the replenishment system to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies
+ Maintain accurate records of all inventory-related transactions using appropriate software or systems
+ Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to inventory management
+ Recommend strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste
**Additional Responsibilities:**
+ Receive incoming shipments and verify order details against packing slips or purchase orders
+ Organize incoming items and prepare them for storage
+ Pick, pack and ship customer orders according to production schedules
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
+ Experience working with ERP systems (Preferably MFG Pro or JDE)
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
