The Inventory Coordinator is accountable for recording and tracking inventories of materials, supplies, and finished product. Main point of contact for finished goods purchasing and order tracking. Coordinates relationships with plants to facilitate elimination out of stocks and overstocks. **Position Responsibilities**
+ Conduct a physical inventory of Full Goods using an RF handheld scanning equipment and a physical inventory of Raw Materials and Concentrates, keying in inventories into spreadsheets and SAP.
+ Perform an Age Inventory of product in warehouse to ensure proper production rotation.
+ Ensure proper administration of all cycle count procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to inventory reconciliation; reconcile any inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions from customers.
+ Issue out any production /warehouse inventory breakage and any employee product usage and post full goods inventory without discrepancies.
+ Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve issues related to Plant Operations.
+ Prepare, maintain and distribute reports related to inventory.

Job Purpose
This job manages the fundamental mass production logistics functions through effective planning, communication, and cross-dock / carrier interface. Apply basic technical and problem-solving skills to prevent and/or minimize impact to operations and support achievement of logistics targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Support mass production logistics activities between Cross-Docks and Carriers to ensure Supplier and Honda plant production requirements are met without interruption.

Vaxxinova US is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our team in Worthington, Minnesota.
About the Logistics Associate Role:
The Logistics Associate role is responsible for supporting all shipping processes, equipment, and record compliance necessary to ensure vaccine delivery to customers throughout North America and the world. This role will also assist in the evaluation of site capacity and inventory as it relates to material movement and accuracy.
Shift: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm (9 hours), Friday 7:30am to 11:30am (4 hours)
Summary of Responsibilities :
- Accurately print labels and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain consistent control of all label stock
- Maintain records required by USDA
- Organize and inventory all off test product
- Maintain all necessary equipment and department supplies, as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the area and ensure coolers and shipping areas work to maximum capacity, as needed
- Assist in coordination of destruction/disposal of obsolete materials
- Assist other departments as requested
- Promote safety in all areas of work
- Promote professional courtesy and a positive work environment within the company
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Capabilities:
- General knowledge of requirements related to shipping and distribution functions
- Proficient with computer systems and software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Basic math
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and stooping required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
Experience/Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
