**What does a successful Mail Processing Equipment Mechanic do at Fiserv?**
You will join the team at our Stafford, TX location and receive training on how to repair our world class Print Production equipment. You will perform difficult and complex technical maintenance duties. Your role will involve following a preventative maintenance schedule for our production machines and electrical/electronic equipment. Additionally, you'll need to ensure the completion of your assigned maintenance work orders and regularly check the progress of your work throughout the facility.
As a valued member of our team, you will be provided opportunities to continue your company paid education with a local area college. You will gain maintenance repair insight with on-the-job training to learn how to troubleshoot and repair over 20 different specialized print production equipment. We provide the tools on-site that you will need to complete the assigned tasks; while ensuring you have the support needed to advance your career with us.
**What you will do:**
+ Perform disassembly, repair, or replacement of parts and/or production equipment
+ Conduct fitting and alignment of mechanical components for proper functioning

+ 3+ years of progressive maintenance repair and electronic/mechanical troubleshooting
+ Willing to go back to school to earn degree or certification

+ Experience using a computer for data entry

At Regions, the Loan Servicing Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Loan Servicing which may include special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
+ Reviews loan documentation for accuracy
+ Completes validation of loan documentation, reports, and/or systems
+ Documents missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents and/or data

**Additional Responsibilities**
+ Receive and sort incoming mail.
+ Open and date stamp incoming mail
+ Assists with scanning and preparing outgoing mail
+ Scan and log incoming mail into the tracking system
+ Ensure all mail is processed accurately and in a timely manner
**Additional Skills and Competencies**
+ Investigate and process both Direct and Indirect credit bureau disputes in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
+ Possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
+ Previous experience in the following systems preferred: ACLS, CCNET, TSYS and CACS
**Training Hours (60days):**
+ Monday- Thursday in office 8:00am-4:30pm
+ Friday from home 8:00am-4:30pm (30 days)
**Following Training Hybrid/Remote work schedule:**
+ Tuesday-Thursday in office (every week) 8:00 - 4:30pm
+ Monday, Friday from home 8:00 - 4:30pm
