**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair complex AV and Broadcast systems throughout a distributed campus in multiple cities
+ Provide strategy for preventative maintenance for components and systems within sophisticated broadcast AV systems
+ Conduct the preventative maintenance plan, suggesting ideas and providing solutions to consistent problems in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor
+ Utilizing your career experience, serve as mentor to staff and offer knowledge sharing on relevant areas of expertise
+ Work closely with engineering department to execute maintenance program
+ Provide technical support and the application of best practices in the field of AV engineering, supporting all related disciplines such as troubleshooting, monitoring, calibration, maintenance support, and documentation
+ Apply troubleshooting best practices and root cause analysis (RCA) to identify weaknesses, minimizing recurrence, and improve future design and integration
+ Research and write, contributing to SOP and RCA reporting in support of live show operations
+ Repair and replace equipment working with the in-house engineering teams as well as third party vendors, service personnel and/or outside contractors
+ Update database of equipment assets and inventory
+ Recommend alternatives to infrastructure including replacement of systems and equipment
+ Update system documentation and service manuals related to and useful for installation work, and diagnostic reference for current repairs and future upgrades

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The purpose of this position in a biopharmaceutical production plant is to provide building, utility, systems, and equipment maintenance planning and CMMS administration support for facilities, utility operations, and production. Requires good communication skills to coordinate maintenance timing with equipment and system owners for availability. SAP experience desirable but not required.
What you'll do
- Analyzes work orders by size, maintenance team abilities, location, complexity, and available staff; and assist operations teams by issuing work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams. Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.
- Will work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources necessary to accomplish the work in the most productive manner possible.
- Develop, maintain and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team detailing how work is planned, scheduled and implemented.
- Works with management team to optimize the mixes of planned and scheduled work, scheduled (but not planned) work, and unscheduled work.
- Provides regular statistical reporting to the management team and client showing quantities evidence of the productive use of the workforce.
- Interact with internal customers to identify new master data and changes to existing master data and implement and updates in SAP CMMS System. Work along with reliability engineers, equipment owners & vendors in crafting maintenance plans, task lists and functional location/equipment master data in CMMS. Participate in inventory audits, complies and submits audit data to supervisor/warehouse lead
What you'll need
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
Open to junior-level candidates who can learn quickly and have a desire to grow in Facilities / Project Management.

**About the Role**
As a CBRE Maintenance Planner, you will provide building maintenance and office administration support to company-managed buildings.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do**

**What You'll Need**
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
