We are currently hiring a Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance professional to support facilities in the Tulsa area. Key Responsibilities
As a Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for:
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, classrooms, offices, and shared spaces
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors; carpet cleaning as needed
• Washing windows, walls, and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness
Emptying trash and ensuring proper waste disposal
• Restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Performing minor repairs , including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Replacing light bulbs , unclogging drains, and repairing leaky faucets
Conducting routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Setting up and tearing down equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) for events
Preparing and cleaning facilities before and after scheduled activities
Required Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial maintenance

A Brief Overview
The Facilities Maintenance role is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and

The role of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of critical equipment and Facility infrastructure. The Maintenance Supervisor must lead Skilled Tradesmen, and OEM Service Providers to provide high-level service delivery to optimize the Total Productive Maintenance process. Must lead your team to perform Preventative Maintenance, reactive work order, and minor project tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior supervisor and maintenance background in a represented worker environment.
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager of the Maintenance Department on first shift each Mon-Fri.
Experience & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on industry experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly. Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access)
• Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Must have basic knowledge of building systems including but not limited to
o General building HVAC
o Motor & Pump Systems
o Piping Systems

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage Electrician, Millwright, Machine Repair, & Pipefitter Tradesmen to optimize maintenance capabilities through skills development, tools and technology
• Manage Vendor support for OEM and other outside service providers, remaining compliant with GM Management of Change (MOC), and Safety Contract Management (SCM) processes
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical control systems on critical equipment
• Deliver Continuous Improvement on Total Productive Maintenance Metrics
• Provide daily Fast Response reporting for customer disruptions
• Support Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) and Business Plan Development (BPD) processes
• Support Interruption Process to conduct weekend and holiday shutdown planning through collaboration with Department Leads and Plant Engineering
• Operate managed labor following the current JLL / UAW Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Perform all customer service within the contract language of the Master Service Agreement
• Manage Corrigo and Maximo Work Order processes to satisfy customer needs and KPI metrics
• Perform Preventative & Predictive Maintenance to achieve maximum useful life of equipment
• Support continuous improvement and culture for excellence for the following measurables and objectives:
o Support KPI Performance Metrics
o Perform Timely Safety Incident Reporting and Monitoring
o Maintain zero Recordable and Lost Work Day Case Injuries
o Ensure 100% Safety PM Completion & Corrective Maintenance
o Lead Safe Work Practices through pre-task safety planning
o Support cost saving initiatives
People Management Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely completion of annual performance goals for Client, People, Growth, Cost & Environment

AMC provides a compensation range for open positions where required. Factors that may be used to determine actual compensation may include, but are not limited to, specific skill-set, relevant experience or geographic location. The compensation range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets based on business needs.
The compensation for this position is: $18.05 per hour - $19 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
Safety Compliance
- Work in a safe manner with tools and equipment while also monitoring safety compliance of theatre associates.
- Follow guidelines as outlined in the Health and Safety section of AMC's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain all life safety systems and ensure work orders are completed well in advance of scheduled inspections.
- Conduct daily and weekly facility inspections for both interior and exterior areas making note of repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
- Prioritize repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks to ensure facilities are clean, safe and in good repair.
- Order and maintain appropriate quantity of parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed.
- Follow up on repairs and maintenance tasks completed by theatre team to ensure timely and proper completion of work.
- Confirm proper completion of vendor work orders and approve invoicing in a timely manner.
- Maintain a primary facility list of repairs in order of priority that is easily accessible by theatre management.
- Complete all other functions and assignments as assigned by the General Manager/Senior Manager (where applicable).
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance as scheduled in accordance with AMC's Management Work Schedule Policy.
- Develop & execute strategic facility action plans for continuous improvement.
- Identify and select qualified associates to be trained and assist with various cleaning, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Delegate appropriate facility tasks to qualified team members.
- Schedule and conduct routine facility walkthroughs with the General Manager to review overall facility condition.
- Schedule and conduct routine facility walkthroughs with the Janitorial staff to review overall cleanliness, proper working condition of equipment, and stocking of supplies.
- Meet with vendors to clarify scope of work requested prior to start of facility repairs (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Electric, Concession equipment)
- Coordinate with approved AMC vendors to submit necessary work orders for repairs when tasks exceed the theatre team's capabilities.
