Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate to join our Asset Management team. You will be an integral member of the Asset Management team, responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance of the firm’s real estate portfolio. This role involves deep financial analysis, proactive management of existing assets, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive value creation and operational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed and dynamic financial models and cash flows in Excel and Argus for existing portfolio assets to support operational decisions.
  • Analyze and model net effective rents, cash flows, operating assumptions, and financial statements to enhance business plan execution for residential assets.
  • Review and monitor governing documents, including partnership agreements, loan agreements, leases, or other legal documents.

Qualifications:

They invest and manage assets across the real estate capital structure, including properties, loans, and securities, with a mission to create long-term value for investors and sustain results across market cycles.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain financial, valuation, and sensitivity models for real estate assets and debt investments, utilizing Excel and Argus to determine NPV and IRR.
  • Direct preparation of quarterly business plans, including leasing strategies, operating budgets, capital improvement plans, and monetization strategies.
  • Model strategic hold/sell recommendations and assist with asset disposition processes.
  • Oversee business plan execution, working with joint venture partners, leasing teams, and property managers to ensure performance aligns with objectives.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly reports, valuations, and capital improvement strategies, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Provide periodic reporting for senior management, joint venture partners, lenders, and investor relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university.
  • 2-4 years of experience in institutional real estate asset management or acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical background in commercial real estate (multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use) across acquisitions, asset/portfolio management, or real estate finance.
  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of key construction and development processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for presenting analyses and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus.

The Role

As an Associate on the Global Event Management team, you will play a key role in planning and execution of a wide range of events that are designed to strengthen relationships with prospects, clients, and employees, and support the firm's strategic growth. Reporting to the Head of Global Event Management, you will be responsible for managing both virtual and in-person events and delivering a white glove experience in alignment with the brand.

We'll trust you to:

  • Develop expertise in all aspects of event management, including logistics, catering, marketing, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm and within Marketing to align events with strategic objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: secure venues, create timelines, facilitate registration, coordinate materials, arrange travel/transportation, and oversee catering and AV needs.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for venues, accommodations, food and beverage, transportation and other event services.
  • Build proficiency in event tech platforms such as On24, Zoom, and Cvent.
  • Track budgets and expenses in compliance with firm policies and industry standards; process invoices and allocate costs appropriately.
  • Prepare event materials including agendas, signage, nametags, registration lists, and gift bags.
  • Provide on-site support for events from set-up to breakdown.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors and internal support partners.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up including surveys, thank-you notes, and internal debriefs to enhance future events.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $85,000 - $90,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Responsibilities: • Communicate with Case Management Team; Provides clerical support to the department.Meets with Case Management & Social Work Services team daily and prioritizes items for the day. Produces standardized reports timely. Maintains accurate, up-to-date documentation in the departmental records. Sets priorities and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency. Creates, organizes, and maintains departmental files and forms. Appropriately schedules meetings, taking into consideration the subject, urgency and time needed. Prioritizes and arranges details of conferences/meetings for department members. Other duties as defined. • Discharge Planning Activities; Contacts referral agencies to make post discharge arrangements for patients. Assists Case Manager or Social Worker by offering choice of providers. Notifies designated facilities of need for admission and verifies bed availability. Updates facilities of patient’s discharge condition and final discharge plans. Assists with ordering durable medical equipment. Prints/copies sections of the chart to fax or send to accepting agencies/facilities to ensure continuation of patient’s treatment plan. Arranges transportation as directed by the Case Manager or Social Worker. Demonstrates knowledge of Discharge Planning resources available in the area. Documents discharge planning activities in the chart. Assists Case Manager with medication prior authorizations. Provides Medicare Important Message to Medicare beneficiaries per CMS Conditions of Participation at the direction of the Case Manager. • Utilization Management Activities; Collaborates with Case Managers and other team members for optimal Utilization Management information throughout the continuum. Maintains relationships with payers and communicates confidential information per policy. Notifies Case Manager of any potential delays of moving the patient through the continuum. Maintains accurate, up-to-date documentation in the medical record. Documents Utilization Management activities in MIDAS per policy. Prints/copies the chart to fax or send for insurance denials or quality improvement organization appeals. • Denial Management Activities; Assists Denial Management staff with clerical support. Performs audit activities under the supervision of the Case Management Specialist and the Director of Case Management and Social Work Services.
