Job responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors, improve performance of existing Advisors and ensure talent and performance strategies are in place to coach, develop and promote Advisors
  • Drive integration with partners from Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to give our customers access to solutions, strategies and expertise to give our customers one place to meet all of their financial need
  • Be a visionary who influences the use of technology to meet the customers' needs of today and the future; Set the tone of commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Closely partner with the Supervisory Manager and be expected to manage all day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational aspects for the business in order to achieve our strategic objectives for a designated territory

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 5 years of Advisor management experience required, coupled with a proven track record of developing and coaching high performing Advisor team
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) is required
  • A valid and active FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is required and must be obtained or retained within a 60 day condition of employment
  • Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external Advisor talent by building and maintaining personal network of contacts
  • High degree of investment services and product acumen and keen interest in the financial markets
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent follow-through and a strong commitment to upholding a sound risk and controls environment

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This role pays $15 / hour and is located at one of our North Charleston or Summerville, SC locations!
**Responsibilities**
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

**Qualifications**
+ Current collegeuniversity student graduating with Bachelors Degree in May 2026
+ Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
+ Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
+ No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
+ Must be available to start February 10th, 2026 and attend New Hire Orientation February 13 th , 2026
+ Must have the availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment

**A Day In The Life**
- Lead of the store team in all aspects of store operations.
- Day-to-day management of the store.
- Take responsibility for the training and professional development of team members.

- Ensure and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

- Will be involved in managing on or more of the following operations: Back of House operations (Receiving/MTA), Markdowns, Point of Service/Front End operations, Selling Floor, Recovery, Sizing, Fitting Rooms, and all individual departments including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, and Baby Depot.
- Assisting/support management team in all areas of store operations, service, and merchandising.
- Human Resource Initiatives including but not limited to staffing, hiring, and BEST (scheduling).
**You'll Come With**
- 5+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization with experience in managing a multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget.
- Must be available to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Travel may also be required from time to time.
Salary Range: $20.90 - $29.45
