At Talkiatry, that means our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Talkiatry does not provide intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that solving the accessibility issues in mental health care begins with taking care of our doctors. 2. Technical Roofing Expertise : Skilled in cutting, shaping, fitting, and installing various roofing materials including edge metal, insulation, pipe boots, flashing, gutters, crickets, and soldered seams.

3. Project Planning & Execution : Able to independently plan, organize, and execute assignments while prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing labor, material storage, and stretch-outs for efficiency.

4. Blueprint Reading & Layout : Competent in reading shop drawings, replicating manufacturing details, and laying out complex roof and wall assemblies with precision.

5. Safety & Quality Control : Strong understanding of job site safety practices, ability to develop and implement safety plans, and committed to maintaining high quality and production standards.

For Superintendents/Foremen roles and responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Oversight : Review job files, shop drawings, labor budgets, and material schedules with managers; plan ahead daily to prevent shortages and coordinate punch lists and job closeouts effectively.

2. Crew Supervision & Safety : Lead daily crew activities with an emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity; enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.
