+ **B2BExperience:** Proven experience with B2B digital products, understanding the nuances and demands of consumer-facing solutions. (AL1)
+ **Feature Prioritization:** Experience developing business cases to drive prioritization using techniques like cost-benefit analysis.

Job Description
To provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects.
Essential Functions
- Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve major innovative improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts.
- Provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Provides project management leadership on Strategic, Corporate, Global and Internal CE initiatives
- Supports FedEx Corporate strategy by managing the design, development, integration, and implementation of innovative,comprehensive business solutions
- Effectively manage change and deliver results to our internal and external customers through demonstrated leadership, communication, collaboration, and professional project management.
Skills Considered a Plus
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects or programs, especially those involving technology or cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts within project teams, cross-functional groups, and leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide clear, concise updates to all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Planview Portfolios and experience working within the new DRIVE Operating Model
- Understanding of SAFe framework; PMP and SAFe certifications are preferred.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.
