**The** **Role:** Private Equity Valuations Analyst - Entry Level
**The Team:** The Private Equity Valuations team is a market leader in supporting our clients with independent valuations of illiquid debt and private equity investments. **Overview:**
Serves as a member of the Management Development Program (MDP) and participates in ten weeks of Core Training and one year of On-the-Job (OJT) training. Core Training responsibilities include participation in classroom training, observations of departmental presentations, interaction with senior management, peer networking, and working in teams on two group project assignments. OJT responsibilities vary by department and are assigned by the department manager. The position may be responsible for additional projects as assigned by the department manager or Leadership Development Manager-MDP.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Participate in and complete a one-year long, non-rotational training program while creating and adding value to assigned department. Receive job specific training, general training in banking, communication and leadership, and personalized coaching and feedback. The Director, Commercial Portfolio Management and Leadership Development works closely with the Head of US Commercial Training and Development, Sales Training, Sales, Marketing and Tech Leadership and the Global Talent team to recommend, design and direct strategic and tactical leadership and development training for the U.S. Aesthetics commercial organization covering AA Portfolio Program Training and Aesthetics leadership development courses including Field Sales Trainer (FST) , RSL and RSL FST training, Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP), Future Sales Manager (FSM I and II) training, future Director Program (FDP), tenured Director development as well as designated leader development courses (to be determined) for marketing and tech leaders and future leaders. + Design, develop and work towards delivering effective training programs that stay within budget and impact top line sales and leadership development to create ready now bench of leaders and in role leadership development for commercial organization.
+ Develops relationships with field sales, marketing and tech leaders to provide strategic learning and development programs to elevate current and future leaders with a clear understanding of portfolio training, leadership development and management development needs for all Allergan Medical Aesthetics businesses units.
+ Supports direct reports who are responsible for the leadership, logistics and facilitation (where needed) of all Medical Aesthetics Management, Leadership Development, and Director Development courses. Courses include FST annual meeting, ELDP, FSM, Talent Magnet Programs & DDP to name a few.
+ Works with Portfolio Marketing, Training, Sales and Tech Leadership to ensure Allergan Portfolio Programs (APP) and Leadership Development Programs training content is up to date for all training needs. Collaboratively works with all key stakeholders in the Medical/ Legal/Regulatory/Compliance process to ensure all relevant materials are approved.
+ Collaborates with Sr Leaders within Abbvie learning and development to ensure cross functional program utilization and alignment.
Aesthetics Portfolio Program Training
+ Support direct reports who design, develop and work with internal partners in delivering effective training content covering key Aesthetics Portfolio programs including but not limited to Allergan Partner Privileges (APP), Allergan Advantage, and Alle.
+ Develops relationships with commercial sales training, portfolio marketing, tech partners and associated field roles to provide sales training and sales leadership with a clear understanding of portfolio program training needs for the Allergan Aesthetics businesses.
+ Responsible in conjunction with portfolio marketing teams in development and design in key training assets needed to support competency and fluency of the sales force: LMS training modules, Presentation Decks, Workshops, Gamification, Knowledge Checks needed for each Aesthetics Business Unit in sales training and new hire onboarding.
+ Responsible for the strategic leadership, design, logistics and where needed, facilitation of portfolio program training and development at annual National Sales Meeting and Manager Meetings.
+ Works with Sales Training and Portfolio Marketing teams to ensure training content is up to date for all training needs. Collaboratively works with all key stakeholders in the Medical/ Legal/Regulatory/Compliance process to ensure all relevant materials are approved.
Leadership Development Training Continuum
+ Strategically develops and supports the management of all ongoing training content and learning process, all Learning Platforms (live, remote and on demand) and coordinates training continuum for the Leadership Development, Management Development and Director Development programs (FST, ELDP, FMI, FMII, FDP, and Bi-annual Director Development Meetings).
+ Point person for Leadership, Manager and Director Development to include all sales, marketing and tech leadership for Allergan Aesthetics (Facial, PRM, Body Contouring, SkinMedica and Inside Sales plus tech and marketing organizations), Allergan Practice Consulting (APC) Teams, National Accounts, Professional Relations, Corporate Healthcare and Support Teams in Aesthetics.
+ Responsible for running the annual Aesthetics Field Sales Trainer (FST and RM FST) program including agenda design with skill set development (Coaching), Trainer Development, and key Business Unit focused time around FST roles and responsibilities. Responsible for ensuring FST Role Playbooks are updated annually.
+ Assignor for all Aesthetics Leadership Development Sales Training programs - Ensures all classes are calendarized and all invites are promptly sent to attendees with sales management approvals. Works closely with training coordinator/admin to ensure programs are effectively managed. Ensures Leadership Development Matrix is up to date and all live courses are properly assigned and recorded in the LMS system. Organizes and leads annual nomination process for the Aesthetics Leadership Development Continuum.
+ Continuously assesses training and development needs of the field force as well as commercial organization and coordinates training resources, vendors to ensure the long-term development of the Aesthetics Sales teams. Adjusts training design and content based off of course survey feedback.
Key Program Design & Execution
+ In collaboration with sales, marketing and tech leadership, Human Resources, Talent Management, marketing leadership and AVP Sales Training identifies and develops content, agendas and timelines
+ Updates and solicits volunteers for the National Mentor List annually. Leverages this list to align mentors with each leadership development course with support from most if not all business units for each course. Ensures updated list is available on the Sales Portal.
+ Coordinates with director reports on pre and post course communications including Attendee pre-call, Managers of attendee pre-calls, Mentor pre-calls, daily course feedback, and post course feedback announcements.
+ Primary interface with Allergan training coordination and meeting planning team to ensure team understands meeting flow, objectives, and requirements for Leadership Development courses.
Skills and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Minimum 10 years field sales experience, training or leadership development
+ Five (5) years field sales management experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry preferred
+ Four (4) years of sales training or leadership development experience preferred
+ Proven experience in developing and leading individual contributors and/or teams.
+ Knowledge and experience using existing Allergan sales and leadership development programs

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.   • Participate in specialized training on insurance, actuarial, underwriting, and develop and enhance technical/data analysis skills working alongside members of our leadership teams, strengthening your abilities to think critically, creatively, and strategically.
  • Support data analysis of business results including product refreshes, performance expectations and identifying root causes.
  • Complete analyses with high level of accuracy, such as loss and production analyses, cross-market and cross-state projects, and competitive intelligence projects.
