Position Summary: Build and test spray products to support Lincoln Electric Automation’s line of metal casting products. These products are produced in various volumes and require complete testing upon assembling. Troubleshooting and rework of some items may be required, with support from other departments.
- With general supervision, assembles the designated spray component or product according to drawing/schematics
- Test products and troubleshoot, as needed, for quality
- Utilize problem reporting and resolution tools, working with other departments
- Remain a competent, professional staff member capable of meeting established production and quality goals in a timely and efficient manner.

- Basic arithmetic skills required using whole numbers and decimals with the ability to read a tape measure in “increments”
- Previous welding experience is helpful, not required
- Metal working experience , not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
