Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Quality Assurance (QA) professional to support our QA team during an anticipated increase in production. This is a dynamic and flexible role that offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of quality assurance, including lab support, production QA, and quality system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA tasks related to production, including batch record review and documentation.

• Support laboratory operations as needed, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Assist in the implementation and rollout of a new Quality Management System (QMS).

• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit QA team to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.

• Participate in flexible, phased training with support from experienced team members.

Essential Skills

• Data entry and document control skills.

• Experience in quality assurance and batch record review.

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Technical or scientific degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in technical writing and quality control.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or related field) preferred.

• Relevant QA experience considered in lieu of degree.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience in a QA or laboratory setting is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates within a GMP manufacturing facility. The role is flexible, with the majority of time spent in production, alongside some time in the laboratory and at a desk for document review.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
