The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, possess 4–7 years of recruitment experience, and have a proven track record in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments. - Assess raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products for adherence to standards, guidelines, and specifications outlined in company procedures.
- Interpret engineering drawings, shop order operations, and process controls to ensure accuracy in production.
- Inspect products and materials following standard operating procedures and work instructions .
- Utilize technical measuring devices to confirm product conformance to defined specifications.
- Document and report nonconforming materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain detailed inspection results using data management software .
- 2+ years of experience working within quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or 21 CFR Part 820).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively.
- Understanding and adherence to Applied Medical's Quality Systems and training guidelines.
- Compliance with safety rules and company policies .
- Hands-on manufacturing experience , particularly within the medical device industry .
The base compensation range for this role is $18 - $23 per hour for positions in California . Actual compensation packages are determined based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The compensation range is subject to modification in the future.

Intercon fabricates, machines, paints, and assembles products for the commercial marine, defense and mining industries.
Requirements
This position regularly interacts with manufacturing, engineering, and other peers in the QC department. Interpersonal skills are key to success as this position regularly leads groups of peers from production and QC to complete jobs on time. Persons in this role must have a solid analytical approach to decision making and problem solving, and above all, be consistent in performance and decision making over time.
Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications:
· At least three years weld inspection experience
· At least three years experience using handheld measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gauges
· At least one year experience using laser trackers
· Ability to read and interpret complex drawings
· Thorough understanding of GD&T
· Be certifiable to a Level 2 in accordance with SNT-TC-1A in at least two of the following NDT methods: VT, PT, MT, UT
· Possess a current CWI certification or meet the qualification requirements to be certified
· Proficient using Microsoft Office products
· Willingness to learn new things
· Be able to work well with little supervision
· Ability to communicate criticism in a manner that avoids hard feelings, and ability to advocate quality improvements in a manner that will foster concurrence rather than resistance
