What you’ll do The Brex Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to own, analyze and translate our data into effective insights and actionable recommendations. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with Marketing channel and campaign data, planning, modeling and forecasting. This person should also be seasoned with digital performance metrics, website analytics, building marketing funnels and ABM models. The Senior Marketing Analyst will report into the Campaigns, Growth & Operations team, but will also partner with multiple marketing functions and channel owners to provide support with strategic analysis, forecasting, and insights for planning and performance optimization. Where you’ll work This role will be based in one of our headquarter offices Seattle. You will be required to work in-office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Key job responsibilities Drive core financial processes including annual operating plans and guidance forecasts, monthly/quarterly financial reviews, and month-end close. Manage business and finance goals reporting, reviews, and action item tracking. Collaborate with finance and tech teams to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes and reporting. Consolidate and communicate key insights based on financial metrics and business drivers. Ensure compliance with finance and accounting policy, controls, and systems. Lead special projects, working cross-functionally with various Ads finance and business teams. About The Team The broader Ads Marketing Finance team works closely with Ads Marketing to analyze business and financial metrics, validate return on investments and business growth initiatives, and drive controllership across the organization.
