Do you love combining qualitative and quantitative insights to tell a compelling story? As a Senior Manager of Market Research & Insights at Starbucks, you will inspire teams and leaders to take action by championing the voices of our Customers and Partners (employees). In this role, you'll serve as a thought leader across the Enterprise, designing, implementing, and embedding insights from our Starbucks Customer Experience Program.
You will lead a wide range of custom research projects tailored to support North American Retail Operations. This includes helping teams translate business questions into research objectives, and then into actionable studies and learning plans. As a strategic consultant to the business, you'll play a key role in fostering an insights-driven culture throughout North American Retail Operations.
**_Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:_**
+ Act as an expert voice in designing custom research plans, incorporating diverse approaches
+ Collaborate with business partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs and customized reports
+ Tell compelling stories with data, making meaning for business stakeholders
+ Serve as the leader of our Starbucks Customer Experience Program
+ Innovate Starbucks research approaches to add value and incremental research capabilities to an already robust toolkit

**_We'd love to hear from people with:_**
+ Strong knowledge and experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
