As a strategic consultant to the business, you'll play a key role in fostering an insights-driven culture throughout North American Retail Operations.

+ Act as an expert voice in designing custom research plans, incorporating diverse approaches
+ Collaborate with business partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs and customized reports
+ Tell compelling stories with data, making meaning for business stakeholders
+ Serve as the leader of our Starbucks Customer Experience Program
+ Innovate Starbucks research approaches to add value and incremental research capabilities to an already robust toolkit
+ Serve as an influencer, representing the voice of our Customers and Partners
**_We'd love to hear from people with:_**
+ Strong knowledge and experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
+ Extensive experience leading end-to-end research, from scoping to planning, executing and reporting
+ Experience leading the design and implementation of Brand, Customer and/or Employee Experience measurement programs
+ The ability to see the big picture, taking strategic approaches to research plans
+ Comfortable with experimental research design
+ Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills
+ Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
+ 5 years of Market Research & Insights experience in CPG, Retail or a Market Research vendor

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
