Job Description
Insight Global is looking for someone in Marketing Analytics to join the Marketing Operations team at one of our prestigious financial clients. Emerging digital channels (AI) and disruption to legacy channels (search) have created growing need to expand tracking and analytics across corporate brand touchpoints. This role will be responsible for organizing datasets and leading the development of dashboards. You will oversee analytics and reporting for new channels and campaigns, and you will closely partner with teams across Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing and Paid Media. This role will require reporting across channels and campaign portfolios with an emphasis on search (paid and organic) and emerging channels (AI). You will partner with agencies and in-house stakeholders to develop cross-channel performance dashboards (e.g. paid campaigns, content, website, social). You will partner with digital marketing and paid media teams to maintain channel and campaign tagging and tracking taxonomy. The goal is to have all this data automated and/or augmented with AI by the end of 2026.

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years experience in marketing analytics, web analytics, or paid media analytics on agency or client-side
-Experience utilizing web analytics platforms, such as Adobe
