**Responsibilities**
+ Creates and manages strategic marketing, communications, and proposal plans and ensures they are measurable.
+ Responsible for the annual overall district integrated marketing and communications plan.

**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

+ 4+ years of proposal management experience required.
+ Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign required.
+ Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent preferred.

Basic Qualifications
