Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn't a home layout or connected device we can't handle. As a Digital Marketing Manager on the eero marketing team, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of global programmatic media campaigns-with a heavy focus on hands-on Amazon DSP campaign management. You will lead brand awareness and acquisition efforts across both B2C and B2B customer segments, driving impact through precision targeting, testing, and full-funnel campaign execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute and optimize full-funnel global Amazon DSP campaigns, including audience strategy, creative testing, bid optimization, pacing, and reporting.
- Build and scale brand-focused programmatic campaigns (CTV, Audio, OLV, Native) that drive awareness and engagement for both B2C and B2B customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop integrated campaign strategies tied to product launches and promotional priorities.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights through Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and other analytics tools.
- Own campaign planning and calendar execution, including seasonal promotions and evergreen growth initiatives.
- Partner with the creative team to inform asset development and iterate on messaging based on performance data.
- Continuously test and learn-identify new targeting strategies, inventory sources, and media formats to reach high-value audiences.
- Drive data infrastructure improvements for campaign tracking, attribution, and automated performance reporting.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns directly in ADSP, while managing external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. Your work will support key initiatives including product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing brand-building efforts across digital channels.

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

MUST HAVE:
  • Strong follow-through and task ownership; thrives on getting things done

EXPERIENCE : 3+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role. You've launched tests, owned QA and implementation, and collaborated with strategic leads to bring ideas to life.

YOUR ROLE

Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests that optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns. You'll bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations)
  • Test Execution: Launch 2-3 high-quality A/B tests per week (copy, layout, UX flow) across desktop and mobile.
  • QA & Launch Reliability: Ensure tests and optimizations are implemented error-free, follow spec, and are tracked accurately.
  • Insight Documentation: Summarize and document test results clearly to inform future optimizations.
  • Task Velocity Support: Partner with optimization leads to move quickly on ideas and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Collaboration & Handoff: Work cross-functionally to get inputs, finalize creative, and prep launches efficiently.
  • Multi-Variable Analyses: Create and monitor clear & comprehensive reports that track multiple KPIs, both internal and external

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.

Summary :
As the Solutions Marketing Manager on our Integrated Campaign team, you will drive marketing impact through strategic marketing initiatives that align with our firm's broader objectives. Working consultatively with the service line leaders, you'll translate data-driven insights into actionable marketing plans. Your role will be critical in bringing our services and brand to life through strategically orchestrated marketing plans and programs that deliver measurable results. From day one, you'll be empowered by our collaborative team structure and comprehensive resources to create meaningful connections between our service offerings and client needs.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
+ Partnering with the leaders for our three service lines (Advisory, Audit & Tax) to identify and scope solution-specific priorities
+ Translating solution priorities into marketing plans that align with firm-wide objectives and complement ongoing enterprise-wide marketing campaigns
+ Collaborating across marketing teams (campaign, content, web, etc.) to bring solution marketing plans to life
+ Planning, executing and tracking the marketing performance of solution aligned initiatives, sales plays and micro campaigns (including M&A)
+ Planning and overseeing the execution of solution-specific partnerships and sponsorships that enhance our brand presence and generate qualified leads
+ Coordinate with our Alliances team to fully activate the marketing potential of our solution-specific partnerships
+ Analyzing marketing data to understand performance and improve ROI
+ Working with onshore and offshore members of our events and sponsorships center of excellence to elevate execution standards
+ Serving as the primary point of contact for marketing matters within the service lines, addressing challenges and analyzing requests and opportunities
+ Maintaining and optimizing the solution presence and description on external website
+ Other duties as assigned
You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred
+ 5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably Accounting & Consulting marketing experience
+ Thorough understanding of various marketing channels and their relevance to achieving strategic business goals
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content and presentations
+ Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
+ Highly collaborative and able to work within and through teams to achieve stated goals
+ Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor, consistently sought out for advice by leadership and stakeholders
+ Innovative and creative approach to developing work products and solving complex problems
+ Commitment to actively learning and adopting best practices from across the team
+ Proven client service skills and ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels

The base salary range for this position in the firm's Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $104,000 and $56,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm's Washington, DC, Iselin, NJ and New York, NY offices only is between 112,300 and 168,500 per year.
