**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Marketing Manager for the Capital Markets Property Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Marketing Specialists that work closely with CBRE sales professionals to supervise the development of high-quality marketing materials needed to support Capital Markets property marketing requests across the west region.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities and is a natural problem solver adept at diagnosing challenges and ideating on and implementing solutions.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

+ Champion continual improvement of work product among employees.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively to support the efficiency and functionality of the team.
+ Build meaningful relationships with partners, working collaboratively to optimize team operations.

+ Prepare marketing reports for management using data available via the team's project management system, Airtable.
+ Stay up to date on the capital markets business and relevant marketing strategies.
+ Conduct conversations with partners and team members with discretion and diplomacy.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach a mutual agreement.

The minimum salary for the Marketing Manager role is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Manager role is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of quality marketing initiatives to meet Prime Therapeutics' business needs, sales and product objectives. **Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders to understand Prime's business objectives, product offerings, client utilization/adoption and history, and intended market positioning
+ Translate business insights into marketing strategies and create messaging that is clear, defensible and differentiates Prime and our products and services in the market
+ Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, product launches and/or campaigns that support Prime's brand and drive sales of Prime's products, programs and services
+ May lead a team in researching the best outreach method for each audience, and provide a justification for communication programs to reach each audience
+ Provide writing expertise in support of company-wide initiatives; ensure Prime's key messages are consistent throughout all marketing pieces
+ Manage multiple projects and initiatives in order to prioritize effectively and meet deliverable dates
+ May lead Marketing efforts related to product materials and campaigns, business development and sales (including Request for Proposal)
+ Other duties as assigned
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
+ 5 years of work experience in related marketing roles, including B2B marketing , product marketing and/or communications
