Lippincott Real Estate Advisors is looking for a self-driven and energetic Marketing and Research Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines a mix of creative, organizational, and analytical responsibilities that touch on marketing, operations, and brokerage support. Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, interested in learning and contribute to a positive / upbeat work environment.


Within this role, responsibilities include supporting the companys investment brokerage team by assisting producers and analysts in preparing marketing materials, conducting market research and comparable analyses, and managing social media marketing initiatives. Additional duties involve utilizing Photoshop, coordinating and distributing email blasts, maintaining internal databases (Salesforce), collaborating with third-party providers, scheduling appointments and conference calls, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth operations.


LREA is a growing / entrepreneurial company. As a result, this role may also include special projects.


Required Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Salesforce and Photoshop.


Location: Downtown Birmingham, MI (100% in Office)

**As a Canola Marketing Manager - Research Triangle Park, NC, you create chemistry by.**
+ Developing and implementing canola seed business plans for assigned products and market segments, and managing day-to-day operational business under direction from the Business Lead.
+ Developing market introduction plans for new canola seed hybrid launches, focusing on market development and implementation of positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
+ Developing and updating product concepts that detail mid- and long-term strategies for assigned products and the crop segment.
+ Monitoring, recording, and reporting events in assigned markets, including collecting marketplace intelligence on competitors, products, and marketing programs; trends, threats, and opportunities; customer expectations; and any activities that could affect BASF's business plans.
+ Managing assigned product(s) through forecasting and profitability efforts, coordinating a balance between short-term operating results and long-term market share development.
+ Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders-acting as the marketing representative on project teams-to support implementation of product-related plans, commercialization projects, industry insights, and go-to-market activities that preserve and grow BASF's market presence in row crops.

+ Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
+ Have at least 10 years' overall experience with 5 years of marketing, sales, and/or technical support experience.
+ Have business acumen and the ability to strategically analyze global-reaching factors and summarize them into concise, creative plans to achieve financial goals.
+ Be able and willing to travel up to 25%, primarily domestically.
+ Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience within the agri-business industry, with broader experience across industry segments including understanding of the canola seed and crop protection markets.
