**_Role Overview:_**
Reporting to the President, Chief Customer Officer, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy to lead our market expansion and revenue growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing comprehensive GTM strategies for our cybersecurity products and services. In addition, you will lead the following marketing teams: Digital and Brand, Corporate Communications, Solutions Marketing and Customer Marketing. **About the Role**
+ You will develop and implement overall GTM strategies for expansion in the Trellix customer base with new and existing products and solutions, identifying target markets, customer segments, and value propositions.

**About You:**
+ As a cybersecurity professional, your career history must include significant years of global information security technology leadership experience across a broad range of technical environments and business models, ideally including operating in a global enterprise software company. Operating within PE or VC-backed companies is a plus.
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development within the technology sector, with a strong focus on cybersecurity is essential.
+ Your background includes a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products in new and existing markets, combined with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, including common threats, solutions, and customer buying cycles.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Base Pay Range: $265,000 - $300,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation also includes annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.

Seeking an experienced Business Development project manager to partner with internal stakeholders in the pursuit of winning new business for our high threshold Occupier clients. **Job Summary**
The Sr. Marketing Analyst provides advanced analytics products/dashboards and reporting services to stakeholders in the Digital and Marketing teams.
As a member of the Customer Analytics team, you will play a significant role in elevating how our customers experience Baylor Scott and White's digital assets and marketing initiatives. The Sr. Marketing Analyst will work cross-functionally with marketing, data architecture and engineers, and other business stakeholders to design, develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions and deliver insights to drive strategic marketing decisions.
You will have the opportunity to identify and create key performance metrics using internal and external customer data, set targets for tracking and develop PowerBI dashboards; provide advanced analyses that yield valuable and actionable insights to marketing and other business stakeholders. As part of this, you will be responsible for translating key business needs into data requirements, deliver actionable insights and contribute to the development of predictive models and attribution frameworks.
**Essential Functions of the Role**
+ Partner with marketing stakeholders (brand, marketing operations, product marketing, digital, CRM, paid media) to identify KPIs, track customer journeys and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
+ Gather and document data requirements, examine and translate requirements into technical specifications, process and work flows. May serve in a lead consultant role for all customer contact and resource management.
+ Collaborate with customer data platform team to develop and optimize marketing data models, metric fact tables and semantic layers in data platforms (e.g. Snowflake).
+ Examine business requirements and source systems to design and develop solutions using a variety of toolsets. Develop the deliverables requested utilizing the most appropriate analytic tools while incorporating process efficiencies.
+ Assess, produce and/or develop complex relevant, standard, or custom information (reports, dashboards, interactive reporting, charts, graphs and tables) from various data sources by querying data and generating the associated output. Distribute and disseminate critical deliverables to applicable agencies, researchers, management and other customers.
+ Head validation of output and metrics to ensure data quality, reliability, and integrity.
+ Document project/work assignments to include all needed technical documentation such as source to target mappings, data sources, definitions, methodologies, contact information, output requirements or other information to ensure continuity of process.
+ Interpret complex data and associated deliverables (reports, dashboards, interactive reporting, charts, graphs and tables) in plain business language for executive and clinical staff. Effectively summarize information and create inherent/digestible information by selecting visualizations that are fit for purpose.
+ Develop statistical, economic and financial research from data to evaluate performance and drive relevant business or clinical initiatives. Examine data for trends, observations, improvements and makes recommendations.
+ Provide training and mentoring to junior colleagues.
**Key Success Factors**
+ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Clinical or other similar degree or equivalent experience required.
+ Master's degree preferred.
+ Advanced data manipulation, troubleshooting and critical skills.
+ Advanced development skills in the use of enterprise statistical and BI tools, such as PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau, QlickView, Excel PowerPivot or SSRS.
