Marketing Campaign Developers and ABM specialists that will develop and implement end-to-end sales and marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partners and collaborates with sales and marketing leaders/functions to develop campaigns and programs that
align with specific strategic business outcomes to drive growth and generate buyer demand.
- Leads and manages direct reports and cross-functional marketing and sales teams for resource planning,
prioritization, scheduling, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate support is delivered in an effective and timely
manner to both internal and external clients while monitoring and managing team resource capacity.
- Supports direct reports in the development and execution of end-to-end campaign development efforts,
including sales/marketing alignment, management and ongoing maintenance of audience segments, buyer
journey mapping, content/messaging development, channel orchestration, creative design, technology and data
requirements, and performance reporting.
- Works with Demand Marketing leadership to create and define department goals, establish budgets, and
implement new procedures - and is accountable for achieving defined department goals and objectives.
- Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals, communicates to associates through department
meetings and performance planning, and provides periodic performance feedback and associate reviews.
- Supports direct reports in training and talent development, both formal and on-the-job, to enhance the skillsets
of the team and overall department. Encourages, recognizes and motivates the team and ensures the
organizational structure is appropriate for current and future business needs.
- Develops and monitors the effectiveness of campaigns and operations, including results and business impact
while communicating regularly with business leaders and the campaign development team to share results and
make optimization changes for process efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- Identifies, comprehends and operationalizes best-in-class innovative practices to improve team efficiency and
effectiveness in demand marketing including campaign tools, design, technology, analytics and more.
- Effectively prepares, summarizes and delivers presentations and recommendations on performance, strategy
and operations to assist in the decision-making process at all levels of the organization, including senior
executive leadership.
- Takes a hands-on campaign development approach in support of the team as needed for coverage, capacity and
critical business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Over 7 years of proven experience in demand marketing and campaign management disciplines
· Experience leading and developing associates
· Working in matrix environment and management of cross-functional teams
· Successful project management and organization experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Partner with sales and marketing leaders/functions to develop campaigns, events, and programs that align to
specific business outcomes.
- Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing online and in-person events, which may include
venue research and bookings, promotional materials and invitations, landing page and registration capture, live
webinar production, post-event follow-up and lead management.
- Develop sales and marketing programs, including digital marketing, demand/lead generation, lead nurturing,
lead scoring, events/webinars, ABM programs, and sales campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales
organization.
- Lead the development and activation of new marketing and sales materials and programs across multiple
channels (i.e. direct mail, email, digital, sales, direct/indirect, interactive content, collateral, etc.) and ensures
that materials are updated in a timely manner.

- Proactively monitor emerging B2B demand generation market strategies and tactics to identify potential new
opportunities for ADP.
- Manage, schedule and control daily activities and budget of projects with cross-functional management of
teams across Sales & Marketing, which may include design, content, technology, media, digital, sales operations,
sales enablement and more. This may include very complex campaigns that require a highly strategic approach

The Mortgage Lending Email Marketing Specialist will be mainly focused on providing production support for various business-to-consumer ("B2C") projects benefiting the company. + List imports and data mapping.

+ Multi-variant testing (A/B testing, imagery, and calls to action)
