The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for CoCounsel Drafting product marketing across a range of activities. These may include: value proposition / positioning development, messaging development, market research, channel enablement, and more. You will also be your products subject matter expert/chief storyteller and possess a deep understanding of how and why your prospects and customers do what they do; the problems that keep our customers and prospects up at night and how CoCounsel Drafting can solve those problems.
In this role you will partner and work with the other Legal Marketing teams, segments, and product management to drive new sales growth, higher renewal rates and overall market success of CoCounsel Drafting.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager , you will:
Drive the execution of integrated product marketing strategies for CoCounsel Drafting in close partnership with various areas such as Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, Demand Generation, and Product Management to further sales and revenue growth and achieve overall market success in line with goals and objectives
Develop and evangelize the CoCounsel Drafting value proposition and messaging, and collaboratively work across functions to ensure that it is positioned and prioritized accurately within go to market campaigns, demand generation, and sales assets
Develop and drive adoption of marketing materials such as collateral, customer case studies and competitive analysis, which support each phase of the marketing nurture cycle and buyers journey
Own the marketing launch of new CoCounsel Drafting skills/capabilities
Understand customers workflow and pain points and how CoCounsel Drafting addresses those pain points
Project manage mid-to-bottom funnel content creation with internal resources and outside writers and agencies
Key Deliverables:
Monitor and interpret performance to plan for marketing initiatives and make recommendations to pivot messaging in order to achieve goals and objectives
Distill and prioritize complex information into guiding principles and simple, compelling marketing messages focused on customer problems
Weave together CoCounsel Drafting capabilities, market trends and customer problems into compelling stories that can be digested and used by our internal teams to drive sales
Create marketing assets, sales enablement tools and other go to market deliverables
About You
You're a fit for the role of Sr. Product Marketing Manager if your background includes:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
5+ years of relevant marketing experience
Have a passion for learning new technologies, AI and bring a sense of drive to work every day
Working knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing framework
Experience with product positioning and value prop development, product management, product launches and marketing analytics in a B2B omnichannel marketing organization
Experience in the software, information services and/or relevant industries strongly desired
Previous success partnering with Product Management / Development and leadership teams
Proven history of being a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships through strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead a team of cross-functional partners; aligning on a goal (such as a product/feature launch) and ensure coordination across these groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate all levels of an organization
Knowledge or experience related to the legal industry helpful but not required

**The Opportunity**
_We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and creative leader for the development, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing strategies that align with Black & Veatch goals for business growth._ This role requires a visionary thinker who can translate complex market insights into actionable strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance. **Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Planning:**
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for both the Enterprise with the Sector Heads of Marketing and specific personal accountability for EMEA across brand, product, digital, and customer experience, in alignment with overall company objectives.
**Market & Competitive Analysis:**
Review research and analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to inform strategic direction?
**Campaign Strategy:**
Partner with creative, digital, and product marketing teams to design and launch effective campaigns that generate leads, build awareness, and engage target audiences that lead to quantifiable targets in marketing attributed revenue growth, thought leadership and brand awareness
**Performance Measurement:**
Establish KPIs and dashboards to track marketing effectiveness. Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
**Go-to-Market Execution:**
Collaborate with sales, product, and business units to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market plans for new products, services, or launches.
**Budget Management:**
Manage strategic marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels based on performance and ROI.
**Cross-functional Leadership:**
Influence and align stakeholders across marketing, sales, business and sector, solutions, finance, and executive leadership to ensure strategy success.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
+ 15+years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or related roles
+ Experience leading new market entry and marketing in global regions including establishing brand and portfolio presence.
+ Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
+ Experience in B2B commercial functions for infrastructure and energy industry segments
+ Proficiency with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
+ Strong writing, communication and presentation skills?
+ Executive presence and ability to work alongside and coach senior executives as counsel

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Brand Strategy and Customer Insights to lead our efforts in defining and evolving our brand identity and leveraging deep customer understanding to drive business growth. Design, execute, and manage all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research projects internally. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging research methodologies, and consumer behavior trends Present findings and strategic recommendations derived from research to senior leadership and stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members focused on brand and insights. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in brand strategy, market research, customer insights, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on conducting research internally. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that have driven measurable business results. Extensive experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies conducted in-house. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience utilizing various technologies and platforms for conducting qualitative research (e.g., online focus group platforms, in-depth interview tools) and quantitative research (e.g., survey platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and data analysis software). Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences, including executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations and influence decision-making across an organization. Strong leadership, organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related analytical field; MBA preferred. The Vice President of Digital Marketing owns the development of the digital marketing roadmap for the portfolio and oversees its execution. It is responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing and branding initiatives including reporting, analytics, advertising, marketing plans, collateral, videography and photography, and market research that maximizes exposure to achieve budget, increase revenues, and meet market share targets.
