A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Retail Planning: Partner with Finance to outline annual retail financial goals and ensure robust plan is in place across all retail business lines: in-shop, digital, fundraising, gift cards, etc. Partner with Finance and Analytics to report out ongoing performance in weekly, monthly, and quarterly increments, explaining variance to plan and drivers. Serve as subject matter expert on retail financial goals and risks / opportunities. Support development and execution of the annual and long-term strategy and planning for the business, partnering with Director, Brand & Marketing Strategy and cross-functional peers to deliver business expectations. Partner with Finance and Demand Planning to forecast marketing-driven initiatives, including LTOs, Innovation, Offers, and more. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the consumer, category, competition, and trends, transforming into insights and opportunities to grow the brand, strengthen brand equity, and extend the gap vs. key competitors Calendar Strategy & Menu Optimization: Ideate, outline and commercialize annual calendar strategic approach, inclusive of products (core + innovation), offers, and more. Identify and brief Product Strategy partners on innovation opportunities, and leverage Finance /Analytics support to build business case and forecasts as necessary Partner with Insights on Brand level learning agenda, including consumer behaviors/motivations, concept testing, and more. Assist in articulating the business challenge and insights that lead to development of promotions, advertising activity and other demand drivers to grow the total business and market share Identify and translate insights into recommendations for business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results and deliver against business goals Pricing and Discounting: Plan monthly offer calendar in partnership with Finance and Analytics, maximizing sales impact and ensuring overall profitability Partner with Analytics on base pricing strategy, overseeing and implementing any tests or pricing rollouts Report out on business discount rate, offer-driven incremental sales, and profitability Brand Stewardship: Serve as a liaison with agency and cross-functional partners to ensure effective and efficient translation of marketing strategies into annual plans Support brand budget management, including making recommendations on budget allocation to optimize planned spend Develop campaign KPIs and corresponding tactics consistent with the brand positioning and consumer target; ensure consistent expression of brand in all consumer touchpoints while delivering against brand, financial and business objectives. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS: 6+ years of progressively responsible, relevant marketing experience is required Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with communication and presentation skills that can be leveraged with a wide breadth of audiences including senior management.   • Collaborate with regional sales leadership and producers to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, accelerating pipeline growth and supporting revenue targets.
  • Design and implement marketing enablement tools and resources to enhance client engagement across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for key prospect and partnership opportunities, ensuring the effective delivery of OneDigital's unique value proposition throughout the sales process.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Own and manage growth marketing budgets, making high-level investment decisions to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.

Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting

  • Leverage analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to track campaign performance, measure impact, and inform strategy.
  • Regularly report on key performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and marketing impact to market leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive B2B and B2C marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (senior manager or above), preferably within employee benefits, insurance, HR, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a marketing team, managing significant budgets, and delivering measurable business growth within a defined region or business unit.
  • Proven ability to set and execute strategic marketing plans and influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs as a result of integrated and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing, digital and content strategy, campaign management, and event marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing technologies and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding executive communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing leadership.

  • Must be available for 10-20% monthly travel as needed.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. Position Description

The marketing department is the walking talking face of our business, so it is important that our representatives are able to communicate well and make a connection with potential clients quickly. The Marketing Manager will oversee our Field Marketing Department of 10-25 canvassing representatives. They will reinforce the practices, policies, and procedures set forth by the Vice President in addition to tracking and maintaining the production of the department. You will need to think strategically, on your feet, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize to develop and implement new marketing strategies
  • Train new field marketers and conduct new hire training 2x per month
  • Home Genius takes care of all recruiting efforts to fill training classes
  • Manage scripts and process flows while being able to make on the fly changes to both
  • Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness
  • Track internal data within the department such as appointments, demos, and sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Travel to different territories within the department on an as needed basis
  • Obtain goals set forth by the Vice President of the division
  • Establish a healthy and competitive work environment for your team of marketing representatives
  • Lead weekly team meetings and trainings to teach the latest in product development and sales techniques
  • Maintain and exceed weekly lead generation goals and conversion rates
  • Exceed customer service expectations by providing an outstanding experience to every potential customer
Minimum Requirements and Competencies
  • At least 1 year of Field Marketing or Canvassing (door to door) experience
  • Experience leading a team of marketing representatives (1 YR)
  • Work experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • High degree of dependability and motivation
  • Multi-tasking proficiency and ability to type while speaking to customers
  • Natural ability to speak clearly and publicly with confidence
  • Engaging and lively interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and concerns
  • High level of flexibility in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly by balancing company guidelines and customer needs

Your Responsibilities

Leads the development and execution of strategic trade marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, optimize retail performance, and strengthen partnerships with key accounts. This role focuses on aligning cross-functional efforts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective activation of promotions to maximize sales and ROI.

  • Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by developing and implementing tailored trade strategies, promotions, and tools that align with overall business objectives.
  • Plan, develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that build customer awareness, loyalty, market share growth, and supports company goals for Bosch, Thermador & Gaggenau.
  • Leads the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to maximize brand presence and sales performance across key retail partners.
  • Analyzing market trends, retailer performance, and consumer behavior, to ensure optimal positioning of products to achieve growth targets, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration, guiding teams to execute seamless omni-channel initiatives and fostering strong retailer partnerships to support long-term business success.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across departments to ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining budgetary control, adjusting strategies as needed to stay within financial parameters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, collaborating on co-marketing initiatives and joint business planning.
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day communications with internal cross functional teams and external agencies and/or vendors.
  • Work closely with account marketing personnel to jointly spend marketing coop accruals. Accurately prepare, maintain, and track the trade marketing budget for the region.
  • Manage and support digital and SEM marketing tactics including pay-per click (PPC), SEO, web analytics, website page development, social media and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with buying groups and third-party web providers to ensure accurate and current brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute branded events to support retailer partnerships and consumer engagement with our products.
  • Have excellent presentation skills to external and internal key stake holders. Build compelling presentation/PowerPoint decks and present materials as needed.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business Administration) Required
  • 5-7 Years of Experience (Sales/Marketing) Required
