This is an Operations position responsible for assisting Material Handling Equipment (MHE) technician III with maintenance activities associated with material handling equipment, and maintenance of industrial batteries.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
High School diploma or general education degree (GED);
Tech school or equivalent is preferred (2 years)
**Experience**
Four years in a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) maintenance position; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
**Certifications or Technical Environment**
+ Must possess a valid state Driver's License and provide proof of liability coverage meeting Company standards. Complete a Sysco approved the defensive driving program
+ Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months
+ MHE 8 hour maintenance tech certificate from MHE manufacturer (IE: Crown, Raymond, Hyster, etc.)

+ Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials
+ Prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading
+ Routes materials to destinations
+ May lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment
+ Purchasing, receiving items, stocking items in inventory, assembling kits from bill of materials
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
+ Active Driver's License
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Warehouse experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $83,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
